Happy Saturday everyone! What a week - it's been crazy! Last weekend was super busy so this week felt never ending, and this weekend it really busy too!

It's time for a look at my May Monthly Makeup Basket! Each month I've been picking a few different face products to focus on for the month! I'm really trying to focus this year on using and enjoying my whole makeup collection!

For May, the products I'm focusing on are:
  • ColourPop Done Deal Blush & Highlighter Duo ~ This duo contains Above & Beyond - a matte warm pink blush and Made Me Do It - a pearlized champagne pink highlighter. This is an older face product from 2017 and I haven't really used it much because I don't love the packaging; but, I do love the products!
  • Kevyn Aucoin The Celestial Powder in "Candlelight" ~ this is a gorgeous highlighter that has been a favorite since I featured it in July 2016 and I still use it really frequently! It's a much more subtle highlighter in my collection now; but, I love it day to day!
  • Morphe Mini Blush in Spirit ~ I got this in my last Ipsy bag and I've heard really good things about Morphe face products and I haven't really tried this yet!
  • Milk Makeup Holographic Stick in "Supernova" ~ This is a beautiful light lavender highlighter and it even made my Favorites in April 2017 and I haven't used it is a long time, so I'm excited to try it out again!
I'm excited to try out these products this month!

Last weekend was Elliott's 2nd Birthday party and we had a dinosaur theme party! He had so much fun and this week we had a little party with a kids from his baby group too - it's always crazy how fast the time flies!

The past 2 months I finished around 6 books or so including Still Me by Jojo Moyes and I've really liked most of them! Make sure you check out my GoodReads page to see what I've been reading lately!

April's declutter only had a couple of items - mainly I got rid of the Tarte blush in Ornate as it was too bright for me, plus a couple of products from Burt's Bees, Almay and Rodial. There was absolutely nothing wrong with them and they are good, just not the right formula or shade for me!

I hope you all have a lovely May the 4th - we celebrated with some lovely Star Wars cupcakes from Crave! How amazing do they look?! Did you do anything Star Warsy today?

I hope you all have an amazing rest of the weekend!
