August 2015 - Bath Time Box Review

This box has been provided for an honest review - all opinions are my own!!

Bath Time Box is a newer Canadian subscription box (started right here in Alberta - yay!!!) - the first box shipped in February. Bath Time Box focuses on products to help you rediscover bath time - I love baths so this box is right up my alley!

Bath Time Box is described as:

"Designed and curated with the Bath lover in mind, each Bath Time Box contains 5 full and deluxe sample sized bath products carefully chosen to take your bath time to the next level.  Each box is carefully chosen with a focus on Natural and Handcrafted products.
Delivered to you monthly, each box will hold an assortment of luxurious milk baths, scintillating bubble baths, invigorating scrubs, nourishing lotions and so much more."

Bath Time Box is $29.00 monthly + free shipping. (If you sign up for 3 months, it is $85, and 12 months is $335 + free shipping).

Also, if you are interested in purchasing items that you see in box, you can go the Bath Time Box store: www.bathtimestore.com (I have made purchases for extra soap because they are all sooo good!)

The box ships on the 21st or 22nd of every month - it ships quickly and arrives in a few days (I received this last week as I was on my brief blogging break). Here is a look at the August 2015 Bath Time Box:

In July, Bath Time Box changed their boxes to smaller boxes which I think is a great idea! The products did not get smaller because of this and it makes sense as Canada Post is expensive to ship with!
Bath Time Box also includes a detailed product sheet, which describes all the items!
Here is a closer look at the goodies that came in this month's box:

Ice Cream Bombs ~ $13.50 for 3 bombs. What better way to say Summer than ice cream? These assorted bombs feature a variety of scents: Vanilla, Cotton Candy, Raspberry and Pina Coloda. Our unique bomb formulation features rejuvenating colloidal oats, skin loving oils and water softening powders. Drop one in your tub and savor the long lasting foaming action.

Seriously, how cute are these?! And the smell - O.M.G. - they smell soooo good it is amazing!! I love that there is 3 of these to use! I used one last night and it was really long lasting - it was well over 15 minutes and still bubbling - I'm really happy with these.

Sore Soak Foaming Salts ~ $9.50. As we take advantage of all that summer has to offer - the gardening, boating, hiking, camping, etc - we tend to push our bodies harder. The resulting stiff and sore muscles need a little TLC. Our Sore Soak features Epsom salts, Sea Salts and a special blend of essential oils that are all crafted to give relief. The addition of a special, natural foaming agent helps take the bath to the next level.

This smells nice and soothing - very natural and calm smelling! I haven't tried it yet but am going to asap!

Fruit Salad Solid Scrubs ~ $7.50 for 3 pieces. Nothing says summer quite like the mouth-watering smells of a fresh fruit salad. The Fruit Salad Solid Scrubs feature our luxurious Goat's Milk Soap base, with added skin loving oils and both sugar and sea salts to give a gentle nourishing exfoliation experience. These assorted scrubs are scented with Green Apple, Grape, and Strawberry fragrance oils.

These smell so good! I really like that they include sugar and salt as they both do something different as an exfoliator! Can't wait to dig in!

Cooling Bath Soak ~ $8.50. As we enjoy the sunshine and all that summer has to offer, we tend to spend more time outside under the sun. This cooling bath soak is designed to cool and soothe our overheated bodies. With a luscious lavender infusion, coupled with nourishing aloe, this bath soak is both soothing and refreshing.

I really like the idea of a cooling soak - there is nothing more relaxing after a long day in the sun to have a bath. But you don't want to have a super hot bath, just a medium temperature bath. This smells like a herbal spa treatment and I can't wait to use it!

Twilight Bars ~ $7.50. Specially desgined to be reminiscent of evening skies, this handcrafted soap featured Olive, Coconut, Palm, and Almond Oils as well as our favorite butter - mango butter. The gentle fragrance makes us think of those romantic evening under the stars. Be sure to keep your soaps on a well drained tray to prolong life.

Do I not rave about these soaps every month?!?! They are my favorite, I have pretty much stopped using everything else to solely use soaps from Bath Time Box & Store. They are just the best - and how gorgeous is this one?! Love!

Bath Time Box came with 5 items and a total value of $46.50. This is a good value and is a bit higher of a value than past boxes (I find they are usually around $38 worth of products). This box is all about great curation and natural bath products, which I love!

Bath Time Box continues to impress me with the quality and variety of their products. I love that their is always a great variety of products in each box, as well as month to month for the subscription! I feel like this will be a good "treat" box for yourself - or really a great gift box for someone who could use a little me time!
