Mask Wednesday - Royal Skin The Animalian Mask "Fox"

Yes, you read that sad, sad title correct - I again have no wine for my Wine and Mask Wednesday! I'm telling you, these basement renos need to get done asap. I know it might sound stupid that I can't just go in the basement and grab a bottle of wine, but seriously they are stuck behind a mountain of storage currently. Also, I have been to lazy to go buy a bottle of wine, so instead I will complain a little here and just use a mask! I thought this week I would have some fun and use an animal mask!

Here is my Mask of Week:
Royal Skin The Animalian Mask "Fox"

Royal Skin The Animalian Mask "Fox" ~ $3.47 (3000 won). Cute animal-character mask sheet for moist and vitalized skin.

I received this mask in the Mask Genie 10 Days in the Wild pouch! I love Animal masks - they are so cute and adds a little fun to your masking routine! I have also not tried a Royal Skin mask yet, so I am excited!

This mask is straight forward to apply: remove makeup, wash face and apply toner. Unfold mask and apply to face, leave on for 10-15 minutes, remove, pat remaining essence in to skin and complete skincare routine.

The colouring was quite good on this mask and it was dark enough that it photographed well. I thought the mask shape overall fit my face well - the mouth on this one was hard to shape on my face.

The mask did not come with any extra essence in the package, and the essence on the mask itself was uneven - there were some parts that were soaked and other parts that felt dry almost on application. It did wear well for 20 minutes and there was still some remaining essence to pat in to the skin (only in some places though, again it dried uneven). It did make my skin look and feel nice - it was moisturizing and softened my skin.

  1. Animal masks are so funny, hehehe! It's weird that it had so little essence though, but I have never tried this brand either so I don't know if that's how their masks are.
