Manicure Monday - Neon Pink Summer Nails!

Happy Manicure Monday everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend! Mine was so busy - farmyard, library, ice cream outings plus a day swimming and all the regular weekend chores in there, so my nails are just a really quick and easy mani today!

I purchased the products in this post

Even when I have very little time to do my nails, I still like them to have something fun on them and my fall back is always nail wraps - they are the perfect way to add a little bit of fun to a nail look really quickly!

The #CBBxManiMonday theme for August is Summer Lingo and I went with the theme Flamingos because this pink is the perfect Flamingo pink (plus it's called Glamingo and is from the Nails Flock You set!)

The products I used for this week's mani are:

  • Scratch nail wraps in Tropicana
  • Nails Inc London polish in Glamingo
Sadly, both of these products were limited edition from 2018; but, I love shopping my stash for old products so nothing goes to waste. I love the Scratch wraps because I was able to do a full mani from these wraps in 2018, and there is always enough left over in the sets for a few accent nails for me! Plus, because my nails are shorter right now I cut some of the wraps in half and reshaped them so I was able to get another full mani out of them too!

This manicure was super quick and easy - base coat, two coats of base polish and let it dry well. Once dry, apply the wraps over top (the only thing that took a little bit of time was trimming these in half and to the shape of my nail and I only had to do that because they were the leftovers from a set!) Then, I finished with a top coat. And voila, a mani that looked like it took much longer than it did!

As always, make sure you check out Cosmetic Proof and Prairie Beauty Love to see their Summer nails!

  1. I don't have a ton of nail wraps that have a clear base, but I love how quick they are for nail art. I loved this mani too!
