September 2018 Monthly Haul - What I Bought!

I love these Haul posts; because, for me it's a way of sharing everything I pick up throughout a month - honestly, I buy so much stuff that if I don't share it here, it might not pop up until my empties post! Let me know if there is anything you want to see a full post on, just let me know and I will do it!)

Also, I do "try" to stick to a monthly budget of $100, and these posts are supposed to keep me in check! I can go a little crazy sometimes with new things though - why is there so much new makeup being released all the time?! I will only include products I have spent money on - gifts and freebies are usually shared on posts like my Five on Friday posts!

For September I actually put myself on a "no-buy" because I spent a crazy amount over the Summer so I'm trying to calm down!

So, here is a look at everything I bought in September
:

Makeup Facebook Find ~ $12.00 CAN. Okay, so I cancelled my Boxycharm subscription and then I saw crazy good reviews about the Hank and Henry liquid lipstick and it's not released until October! So I picked this up on a Boxycharm group and $12 seemed like a good deal!

Sephora Order ~ $6.88 CAN. Okay, should I have put in a Sephora order while I was on a no-buy? No; but, they sent me a 20% off coupon since I didn't buy anything at the last sale, and I had a $20 gift card, so $6 for the Too Faced Tickled Peach palette seemed too hard to resist! My 3 freebies were the Verb shampoo and conditioner, the It Cosmetics cleanser and Philosophy Moisturizer. Plus, I picked up the Clinique cleansing balm as a 100 point perk!

Ipsy Subscription ~ $20.38 CAN. So, since I cancelled Boxycharm, I felt like I really needed to get 1 beauty subscription in the mail so I went crawling back to Ipsy. It was pretty average for me. I did end up cancelling this subscription promptly after seeing my spoilers. I really need Storybook to ship theirs in October!

I also purchased the September Scratch Monthly Mani Kit for $19.95. I just haven't received it yet as they emailed saying they were shipping a little late and offered an extra set of wraps, so that's great service. Hopefully, I get it soon!

So, for September, I only spent $59.21 which is fairly impressive if you've seen my spending over the last couple of months. I may try a "low-buy" for October, but I make no promises.
