I have been loving all the Halloween nails the few of us have been doing for #CBBxManiMonday and these are a fun way to wrap up the month (hahaha - I wrote that before I remembered I had Mummies on my nails - I'm keeping it, so pun intended!)
For these nails, the polishes I used are:
-Sally Hansen polish White On
-Rainbow Honey glitter polish in Lemon Sorbet
-Wet n Wild polish in Black Creme
For this manicure, the steps I followed are:
1. Nail cleanser and Base coat
2. Two coats of white polish as a base
3. Then, I applied a really light layer of this white polish
4. Using the black polish and a nail art brush, I created little lines in a criss-crossed pattern across the nails.
5. Then on a couple of nails, create a black line across the nails and fill in.
6. Using a dotting tool and white polish, create 2 dots for eyes in the centre
7. With a smaller dotting tool and black, add pupils - you could also make these red as well for a spookier effect!
8. Let dry well and add a top coat!
I wish you could see the glitter a little better in the pictures, because these I love the glitter under the Mummy on the nails - it just adds a little extra fun!
