Happy Friday everyone! Hope you all had a great week! I took today off, so I had a nice short week! (Although, I was sadly planning on prepping for a Halloween party and clearly that isn't going to happen this year - Alberta lowered our indoor gathering numbers to 15 people due to our covid numbers shooting up the past month!)
ONE
The Catrice, Shared Planet and Rodial products were received as PR samples - this post contains affiliate links
Even though I'm wearing far less makeup lately, I'm still keeping up with my Monthly Makeup Baskets just so I can use everything in my collection! The products I focused on in October were:
- Catrice Sungasm Face & Body Highlighter ~ this is a huge highlighter and it's so gorgeous- I featured it in my August Favourites. I enjoyed using this, but it's going to take me forever to use this up!
- Shared Planet Sea Turtle Highlighting Palette ~ this is a new highlighter palette and it's really unique in my collection! I enjoyed this and like the formula!
- Rodial Blusher in Copacabana ~ this is a super bright blush that I tend to shy away from; but, it is a really pretty shade!
- Cheekbone Beauty Face Palette in Stardust Shimmer ~ this is a gorgeous brand new face palette and it just made my September Favourites - I really love Cheekbone Beauty and I love this formula so much!
I did enjoy using these all month!
TWO
I just received my Fall SampleSource box - there was cat treats and food, snack bars, a package of rice, tea, coffee, and waterless foam cleanser for hair! I always like giving these boxes a try!
THREE
I was pretty excited when I saw this Unofficial Harry Potter Cookbook on Bookoutlet - if you haven't heard about Bookoutlet it's addicting! You can find so many good book deals! If you are interested, they randomly get stock in, so it's worth it to check out!
FOUR
I can't resist a free sample ever, so I got this AmorePacific essence sample (and this is a pricey brand!) The last product I tried from them had way too strong of a scent to use, so I'm hoping that this doesn't do that!
FIVE
And, an end of the month means another declutter! If you saw yesterday's post you know this Hot Topic eyeshadow palette is the worst eyeshadow formula, so bye bye. Also, I didn't like the formula of the Lorac or Charlotte Tilbury single shadows.
I hope you all have a great weekend and a happy Halloween!
