Five on Friday - Thrifting Finds, Month of Vegetarian/Pescatarian Meals, New Walmart Shoes, Poshmark Find, and Spring 2023 SampleSource

Happy Friday everyone - it's been a busy work week, so I'm happy it's the weekend!

ONE

I purchased everything in this post

Alright, the first Wednesday of the month has quickly become my favourite day to go thrifting! If you are in Calgary, then all the WINS locations does Customer Appreciation Days on the first Wednesday of the month, so you get 50% off all clothing and such so I always make a point to go! So, everything here cost me $39.50, all of the items except for two, were brand new with tags - the pink dress itself is regular priced $117!

Five on Saturday ~ Vaccines, Spring 2021 Samplesource, Elliott is 4, Shadow and Bone Netflix and Backyard Swing

Happy Saturday everyone! Hope you all had a good week - I took Monday and Friday off this week, so it was refreshing to have some extra time to myself during the week!

ONE

This past week my husband and I became eligible for our vaccines based on our jobs, so we are all booked in for Tuesday afternoon! I'm afraid of needles, so am a little bit worried, but, I'm actually happy to get one to assist in getting us all through this pandemic safely!

TWO

Samplesource is a free box for anyone

I just got my Spring 2021 Samplesource box and it came with lots of goodies - I always get a dry shampoo and toothpaste and they are great for travel, whenever that may be! Plus, this one came with lots of good snacks and drinks to try (and always something for the cats!) Plus, there is quite a few coupons for free products, so I will have to use those too!

Five on Friday - October 30, 2020

Happy Friday everyone! Hope you all had a great week! I took today off, so I had a nice short week! (Although, I was sadly planning on prepping for a Halloween party and clearly that isn't going to happen this year - Alberta lowered our indoor gathering numbers to 15 people due to our covid numbers shooting up the past month!)

The Catrice, Shared Planet and Rodial products were received as PR samples - this post contains affiliate links

Even though I'm wearing far less makeup lately, I'm still keeping up with my Monthly Makeup Baskets just so I can use everything in my collection! The products I focused on in October were:

Five on Friday - May 1, 2020

Happy Friday everyone! I'm so happy it's Friday - this week has just been a little blah. I've been feeling a little all over the place and I just couldn't get in to a good routine and I'm just feeling a little overwhelmed and extra anxious. I think it's because I worked from home last week and now I'm back to work, so it's just felt like a longer week! I'm hoping to have a good me-time night this weekend and just myself back on track.

I purchased everything in this post

I really contemplated not doing a Monthly Makeup Basket for May - we now have to wear masks every day at work, so I'm certainly wearing a lot less makeup. But, it felt a little like giving up and I do still like to wear a little bit of face makeup just to get myself ready in the morning! So instead, I decided to focus on the face products that I have in my Project Pan (I had originally been focusing on those in addition to my Monthly Makeup Basket), and an old favourite face palette that I know I will keep even if I get minimal use out of it.

Five on Saturday - November 2, 2019

Happy Saturday everyone and Happy November!!! I sound like a broken record sometimes, but I can't believe it is November already!!!

I hope everyone had a Happy Halloween! We had a blast - Elliott loved trick-or-treating this year and was so good, although he kept saying "I want some treats" instead of "trick or treat" - good thing he was the cutest little Pikachu ever! I love handing out candy and seeing everyone's costumes! But, dare I say that as much as I love Halloween, I'm totally ready to prep for Christmas now!!!!
