The Catrice products was received in PR, everything else in this post I purchased myself - this post contains affiliate links
I'm keeping up my Monthly Makeup Baskets for 2020 because I really enjoyed that they helped me shop my stash and allowed me to use and love everything in my collection! I always like to remember the older products and not let them get pushed aside when I get something shiny and new!
The products that I'm using in February are:
- Makeup Geek Duochrome Highlighter in Psychadelic ~ I just received this in a recent Tribe Beauty Box (you can see it on me here) and it's pretty - I just haven't used it much yet!
- Catrice x Eman Blush Palette ~ this is a new blush palette in my collection too (you can see me use it in my Full Faced of Catrice) - this is really pretty and I'm excited to use it more this month!
- Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter in Rosé Glow ~ this is past favourite (you can see it on me here and it was a past Favourite!) - it's such a gorgeous highlighter and it's perfect for Valentine's month!
- Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Paaarty ~ I love the Tarte blushes, these were actually included in my Best of Beauty 2017 so these are past loves and I haven't really used this in a while - I need to use this blush more!
- Fenty Beauty Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter in Hu$tla Baby ~ I got this a couple of years ago in a little mini set and I haven't used it much - the shade is described as "supercharged peachy champagne shimmer" and it's really pretty!
As always, I will check in at the end of the month and I'm excited to use everything this month!
TWO
I put in a little David's Tea haul to pick up a couple of their adorable Valentine's teas (3 for $15 CAN right now!) - I picked up the Lavender Buttercream (which I love), the Chocolate Covered Strawberry and Sweet Tart (which both sound so delicious!) And, then because I put in an online order, I thought I would pick up a couple of online exclusives that I haven't tried and sounded so good - Deep Blue Spirulina and Decaf Lychee Peach!
THREE
I put in an Aerie haul for a few bras and this was my first time trying their bras and they are really comfortable and amazing - they were all 40-60% off too in a recent sale. You don't need to see my bras, but thought I would show you a black knot front shirt and joggers I picked up (these are the softest sweats ever!)
FOUR
In addition to my Monthly Makeup Baskets and Shop My Stash posts, I'm also keeping up my Palette of the Weeks (where I use one palette for a whole week) so I know that I'm still loving them in my collection!
I started with the Viseart Petit Pro 1 palettes - you can see it on me here! Even though I've had it for 2 1/2 years, it's still go to use! Then, I used this adorable Too Faced Tickled Peach palette and I love it - you can see it on me here and it's still amazing! Then I used the Urban Decay Game of Thrones palette - you can see it on me here. I really liked it and still do! And, then I used the Catrice x Eman eyeshadow palette - you can see it on me here, and I used this week to use it more and I really enjoyed the shadows!
FIVE
I recently tried the new Tim Horton's Dream Donut - Strawberry Confetti and I thought it was really yummy! I mean I like donuts so anything is good for me, but I liked that these were fancy (and I rarely eat a fancy donut!)
I hope you all have a great weekend!
Hmmm I would give my left leg for that donut - but struggle getting donuts as I am lactose intolerant! And did you know Tim Hortons is really popular over here in Scotland! Was in yesterday and asked if they had any dairy free - but no :-( My partner had the maple glaze and made me jealous!
ReplyDeleteOh I didn't know there was Tim Horton's in Scotland! Bummer they don't have lactose-free options!
