Even though Valentine's Day has passed, the #CBBxManiMonday group is keeping up the theme of Red and Pink nails for the whole month of February.
I've used the Essie Expressie polish for the past two weeks, and I also picked up one of the Essie Valentine's Day polishes - it's this adorable pink polish and I was inspired by the packaging to put some cute cherries on my nails!
The products that I used for this week's Mani are:
- Essie polish in Talk Sweet To Me
- ORLY Instant Artist in Crisp White
- OPI polish in Candied Kingdom
- L.A. Colors art deco polish in green
I also used a nail dotting tool for the cherries!
For this nail look, I started with a nail cleanser and a base coat. Then I applied 2 coats of Talk Sweet To Me - it's a beautiful pink creme polish and it was pretty solidly opaque in 1 coat, so it was a good polish! Then, with the red polish and dotting tool I created dots for the cherries, painted on stems with the green nail art polish, and added little accents with the white polish on the tops of the cherries! Then I finished with a nail art polish.
As always, make sure you check out the other #CBBxManiMonday manis - Cosmetic Proof, Prairie Beauty Love, and Tea & Nail Polish to see their pink and red nails too!
That's a cute design on the bottle, and you recreated it perfectly!
