Happy Monthly Shopping Haul time! I hope you guys enjoy seeing my shopping - for me it's a way of sharing everything I pick up; because, honestly I buy so much stuff that some doesn't get talked about at all until it appears in an empties post! But, if there is ever anything you want to see a full post on, just let me know and I will do it!
Also, I do "try" to stick to a monthly budget of $100, and these posts are supposed to keep me in check! (Haha - supposed to, being the key word! I am clearly a beauty addict!) I will only include products I have spent money on - gifts, pr samples, and freebies are usually shared on posts like my Five on Friday posts!
Here is a look at what I bought in March:
Sephora Order #1 ~ $31.50 CAN. I haaaad to order this Natasha Denona Mini Sunset Palette when it was released earlier this month! For only $30 CAN, this is adorable! A post will be coming soon! My deluxe sample is the Smashbox Superfan mascara and I redeemed 100 points for the Smashbox Primerizer. My 3 add on samples are from Lancome, Murad and Dr. Brandt.
Facebook Auction Find ~ $1.00 CAN. Yes, what a great find! Right?! This is a deluxe size of the Origins GinZing Peel-Off Mask and I have been wanting to try this mask! Can't wait to try it - expect it on a post soon!
Clementine Fields Order ~ $25.19 CAN. It might seem crazy to some people that I placed an order for samples; but, I HAD to try this May Lindstrom Blue Cocoon balm and it is $240 full price, so Clementine Fields had a $10.00 sample, which is actually really generous - you only need half a pea size for your whole face and neck! Also, The Problem Solver was $5.00 for the sample and the serum sample was added in for free! (It was $9.00 for shipping but was really fast - next order I might just spend enough for free shipping!)
Walmart Order ~ $33.96 CAN. I have been stalking stores in person looking for these Wet n Wild palettes and I couldn't find them anywhere in Calgary! It was crazy - and I did not want to pay the shipping from the Wet n Wild website. So, finally these palettes were available on Walmart.ca for $6.99 CAN each so naturally, I picked up 3! There is one more I want that wasn't available yet. Also, I needed some new Cosrx patches - these were a little more expensive than I normally pay, but had free shipping with the order so I scooped them up.
Shopper's Drug Mart Finds ~ $2.38 CAN (would have been $72.38). Can I just start by saying I love that we can use PC points at Shoppers?! I know some people weren't happy; but, I do all my shopping at Superstore so the fact that I can use all my saved points on Shopper's products is pretty awesome! I neeeded to restock my Vichy Mineral 89 - my skin knew I ran out of this and was protesting that we needed it immediately! Also, I had to try out this Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink lipstick as I heard amazing reviews about it! (I think the shade I picked up is quite purple - my Shopper's didn't have a great selection and I think it will be good for Spring!) I have also heard amazing things about the Pixi Liquid Lipsticks, so I picked up a good Rose shade. (But, this was $20??? - from the drugstore! crazy!)
Sephora Order #2 ~ $78.75 CAN. I hummed and hawed about ordering this Glamglow mask for a couple of days; but, who am i kidding?! I freaking loooooved My Little Pony and I have been wanting a glitter mask to try and the pink Too Faced one didn't do it for me, so I had to try this one! (Expect a mask wednesday post soon!) Also, I finally got my 2018 VIB Rouge gift (yes it looks incredibly similar to the 2017 gift) and I was excited to see this Dior foundation as a sample! My 3 freebies are from Too Faced, Dermalogica, and Dior!
Superstore Essentials ~ $6.30 CAN. And now time for the most exciting buy of the month! Ha - these are my go-to affordable cotton pads. I use these for my face and nails so I bought a few so I don't run out anytime soon!
For March, I spent $179.08 (those PC points saved me, I would have spent more!) I actually thought I wasn't going to buy much this month! I am never great at no-buys; but, I think for April I will try a low-buy or only need-to-buy - we'll see if I stick to it or not!

How are you liking your May Lindstrom samples? I'm so in love with her products. I really need to try the new Wet n Wild palettes too- I've heard nothing but good things! :)
