For the month of April, the #CBBxManiMonday group is doing Easter and pastel nails for the month! I have being waiting to try the Olive and June Polish formula forever - after my disastrous use of their press-ons a couple weeks ago, I was a little worried; but, it is a lovely formula!
These retail for $9.00 US each and the shade I picked up is Picante, which is a lovely orange-red - I've actually had this polish on for over a week now and it's fab. I think the quick dry is fine; it's pretty tacky for a while but would be good for under nail art just like the Essie and Sally Hansen quick dry formulas. It's long-lasting, between a week of cleaning, planting, laundry, and dishes and there is only a small chip on two nails! So good!
For this manicure, I started with a base coat and two coats of base polish. Then, with a dotting tool, I used a white nail art polish and dotted on small and big dots - on the big dots, I added some cute little ears to make bunnies! Then, I added some peach and lavender dots to finish the dotticure. I finished the manicure with a nail art top coat!
As always, make sure you check out Cosmetic Proof and Prairie Beauty Love for their pastel and Easter nails!
