I got this blush in one my last Boxycharm's last year and I didn't try it for a few months as I thought it was more of a Spring/Summer color; but, it's actually this perfect peachy shade with just a little pink in it that gives an amazing glow! I pulled this out for my January Monthly Makeup Basket and I'm so happy I did! Along with a gorgeous shade, it's got the perfect amount of pigmentation that doesn't go on too heavy or light - it's lovely!

Ok, I couldn't decide which one of these two palettes I liked more so I had to include both!!! I picked these up last year and the end of Summer when they were released (still a weird time, should have been much earlier to me); and tried and liked them; but, didn't use them a whole lot. Then I pulled them out for a Palette of the Week and posted my review and just loved the shadows. The mattes were smooth and blendable and the shimmers were all a little unique and different and were so gorgeous on the eyes! I think they are quite different from other palettes in my collection and the scents are lovely as is the packaging. The only downside is that these are only available on Ulta, which does ship to Canada; but, is more expensive to order from!

I will be honest and say that I didn't have an instant love connection with this foundation, we had to build up our relationship. But really, I go in and out of phases with foundations between using sponges and brushes. I first tried this foundation while I was on a sponge kick and it does not work on me with a sponge - it just applied blotchy and weird and wouldn't really sit nicely. But, I have heard such good reviews on this foundation that I wanted to keep trying it! So, I tried it with a dense, flat foundation brush and boom, it looks soooo good on! I've now tried it with two or three different brushes and retried it with a sponge (bad idea), it just looks flawless with a brush! So good and it's so affordable - I can finally see what all the hype was about! It's really good!!! If you want to see it on me, you can see it in a look here!

Another thing I want to do this year is really highlight the masks I love - I tend to throw out the package right away because it's slimy; but, there are some that are so good that they deserve a little more love than one post! And to start that off is this lovely Farmacy Coconut mask - you can see my full review on it here! It is a biocellulose mask, which is the best material as it just left my skin soft and moisturized and my skin looked healthy the next morning!
