So happy to share another fabulous book and my first 4.5 star of the year - it's Bookshops and Bonedust by Travis Baldree! This is a cozy fantasy novel and it is the prequel to Legends and Lattes! We follow Viv in her earlier years after an injury, where she needs to take a few weeks rest in a small town. She ends up helping revamp a bookshop and makes this group of friends (and potentially first love) and they are just the cutest little group. She is also still protecting the town and her friends from a necromancer and I think it has more adventure than L&L, but it was so sweet and this group of friends was just so lovely. I loved the bookshop setting and just the details and everything - this book is well written and just a cozy story! 

Monthly Beauty Haul ~ November 2021

I always love these haul posts - it's a way to keep track of everything that I picked up every month. I don't always blog about everything I pick up (I try to), but if you ever spot anything in here that you really want me to talk about, let me know! 

Last year, I got a little crazy about trying to stick to a crazy budget and this year I'm just going to buy what I want and try and be reasonable about my purchases!

Adrienne Furrie ~ $90.30 CAN. I went to a beauty and fashion event in Calgary with a local makeup artist and designer - I had never heard about the brand before, but I'm so excited to try these products out. I picked up a concealer, cream blush and liquid shadow and hope to try them right away! 

Trendmood Box Vol. 13 Unboxing

I will always have such a soft spot for beauty boxes, so whenever I see one that catches my eye, I have to pick it up!

The Trendmood Box isn't technically a "subscription box", but it's pretty similar - every couple of months, she releases a curated box with new items or full brand boxes, etc. So once you buy one box, you still need to continue to buy them every time they are released. Or like me, you can just pick the one that interests you!

I really like this moisturizer - it's super glowy and bright and it's amazing mixed with a light tinted moisturizer just for a gentle glow to the skin (you can see it on me like that here!) This also smells so good! 
Repurchase: I did really like it and I have another sample to use!
