Sephora has had some issues lately with plenty of products being available to Americans but not to Canadians (go figure, this is literally the worst part of being a Canadian consumer - first world problem I know.....). It sounds like they opened a Sephora warehouse in Canada for quicker shipping, but this comes with less product availability!
My order shipped really fast (2 days), and it used to take much longer, so that is a perk!
Becca x Jaclyn Hill Shimmering Skin Perfector® Pressed - Champagne Pop ~ $46. A limited-edition, creamy, luminizing powder to illuminate the face with a soft, pearlized glow.
Champagne Pop is described as a soft white gold with pinky peach undertones. Here is a swatch of the product:
I don't usually jump on the hyped-up product bandwagon, but I could not resist this highlighter! I have been loving highlighters lately and this is a different color than the few I have! Plus, it was limited edition and is huge so it should last a long time!! Plus, it is gorgeous!!
Clinique Mask Mini Set ~ $11. A skin-improving kit with four problem-solving masks. This set contains:
- 0.1 oz Turnaround Revitalizing Instant Facial
- 0.1 oz Moisture Surge Overnight Mask
- 0.1 oz Even Better Brightening Moisture Mask
- 0.1 oz Pore Refining Solutions Charcoal Mask
I'm not going to lie, the picture on the website made these look like little tubes, not these little plastic pots. But I do think I should be able to get 2 uses out of each mask (or I will try). Even if they are only 1 use, it is not a bad idea to sample 4 different types!!
Origins Drink Up™ Intensive Mask Pods ~ $10. A limited-edition set of four one-time use pods featuring the luxurious nighttime mask to quench skin’s thirst.
These are a new product from Orgins (not the mask, just the pod design) and this is an intensive overnight skin quenching mask! I should have read about it before I added to my cart because I have so many night masks right now! Of course I will still happily use this!
Sephora Collection Face Mask Lotus Mask - Moisturizing & Soothing ~ $8. A line of natural fiber sheet masks, each with a skin refreshing benefit.
Seriously, I did just spent $8 on a single sheet mask - it better be a miracle worker!! I needed to spend a few more $ to make the free shipping and thought I would see how these are! There will be a review on this at some point in time!
Of course, no order is complete without a beauty deal, VIB point add on and free samples!
Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector™ Poured deluxe sample in Opal ~ A pigment-rich, creamy formula that provides high color payoff with a soft, sophisticated shimmer.
As soon as I saw that Becca was a beauty deal, I jumped all over it! It honestly sold out in an hour, it was crazy!! I decided to try the "poured" sample as the first highlighter was a "pressed" type which is more creamy (I also have the Opal color in a liquid form)! Opal is described as a golden opal pearl - here is a swatch:
I love the opal color and it is a very pretty highlight!! Great beauty deal!
Ole Henriksen Sheer Transformation® Deluxe Sample ~ An oil-free, lightweight moisturizer that nourishes skin as it gently exfoliates and fades dark spots.
Ahhh, this is a good VIB points add on!! Ole Henriksen is a great brand and this is well reviewed! I have a ton of moisturizers, but I am always happy to try more!!
Sephora Collection Instant Moisturizer ~ A moisturizing cream with a light, non-greasy texture that delivers intense moisturization for better looking skin, even without makeup.
This will be a 1 time use moisturizer but I really like Sephora brand products and find they are usually very good quality!
First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream ~ A super-emollient cream with a spectacular whipped, non-greasy texture.
I have used this lots and am just about finished my purse size one - it is a very rich, nourishing cream!
L'Occitane Shea Light Comforting Cream ~ A lightweight cream with five percent shea butter to soothe normal to combination skin by locking in moisture all day.
Another Moisturizer to try! Well reviewed!
This shop had a lot of highlighters and masks (go figure), but overall I am very happy with everything!! Did you jump on the Champagne Pop bandwagon?
I have never purchased anything from Sephora, but I guess it's nice that they have a Canadian warehouse now. I really like that Light Comforting Cream from L'Occitane that you got a sample packet of. I got a deluxe-sized sample of it a few months ago and I have been using it here and there. It's really great for sensitive skin! :)
ReplyDeleteMaybe if I had never started shopping at Sephora I wouldn't have such a shopping problem!! Glad to hear about the L'Occitane lotion - i'm excited to try it!
