I feel like this hasn't been my best year for nail art - I always need time and I feel like that's something that's been in short supply this year. But, I'm always the most inspired by the holidays and I'm so excited for Christmas, so I'm really hoping to get lots of nail art in this year!

For the month of March, the CBBxManiMonday group is doing Spring nails and I'm still waiting for real Spring to happen! Spring in Calgary this weekend meant 19 degrees on Saturday and snowing on Sunday - it's all over the place and chances are you will be over or underdressed on any given day!

Too Faced Damn Girl! 24 Hour Mascara ~ sample size shown (full size is $32.00 CAN and travel size is $17.00 CAN). A high-intensity mascara for maximum drama and lift with revolutionary, creamy-mousse formula for extreme volume without a heavy feel.

This mascara was one of my Favourite Makeup Products of 2020, so I was excited to try this again. Last year, this mascara made my lashes so full and dramatic, without clumping! I loved how my lashed looked, and this time it still made my lashes full, but it was also really smudgy under my lower lash line and I didn't like wearing it this time around.

For the month of June, the #CBBxManiMonday group decided to try something new for our theme and went with a Nail Art Roulette style of picking our themes! As a group, we picked 5 colour ideas -  sunset, rainbow, pink, black & white, and neon and 5 themes - gradient, packaging inspired, matte, texture and minimalist. Then, we are each randomly picking numbers to create totally random pairings! And, what's really fun is we don't know what everyone else picked each week, so it's a surprise!

How adorable is this little Minnie Mouse?! I love Tsum Tsums and these are just the cutest lip balms! This one smelled really good and was a good lip balm.

Am I the only one who has noticed that tie dye all the sudden popped up everywhere on my social media?! It's actually kind of a cute trend - I like what I've seen on some people,; but, I'm sort of having early 90's flashbacks to tie-dying my own shirts in elementary school, so I'm not sure if I'm jumping back on the tie dye bandwagon with my clothes; but, I will jump on the trend with my nail art!

I always talk about how I'm not the most romantic person and Valentine's Day is really just about me getting a heart shaped pizza; but, I won't lie that I love Valentine's Day candy, chocolate and decor!

(Also, did you know that conversation hearts are really hard to find this year?! Apparently the company went bankrupt two years ago, so they aren't packaged and sold; but, thank goodness someone told me to check out Bulk Barn and I found them!)
