Manicure Tuesday - Stamped Lily Nails

Happy Manicure Tuesday - I'm coming in a day late because it was a busy long weekend here (we had family in town and threw a graduation BBQ for my oldest son!)

I purchased everything in this post

For the past few years in May the #CBBxManiMonday group has always done florals for May (must be something about the "April Showers bring May Flowers thing - really I'm in Calgary, so April Snow makes way for May rain and June flowers, but it's still the beautiful month of Spring when things start to bud and bloom here!)

I've been able to do nail art most of the month, but I certainly was a little rushed and didn't have as much time, so I just did some quick stamping over an instant dry polish!

For this manicure I used:
  • Sally Hansen x Jelly Belly Insta-Dri polish in Peach
  • Maniology stamping polish in Red Hot
  • Moyra Stamping Plate 102 - Fine Lines
  • Moyra Top Coat for Nail Stamping
I also used a nail art brush to fill in the stamp design!

For this manicure, I started with a base coat and two coats of a base polish - I chose a textured polish just to give a simple stamping look a little oomph! Then, I stamped a lily design, filled it in on the stamp with red polish and then stamped it on and finished with a nail art top coat!

Quick and simple, but cute! Make sure to check out Cosmetic Proof and PBL Nails for their always mazing manicures!
