I didn't go with the typical pink look for Valentine's Day, but instead I went with a red & peach look - I rarely play with reds and I love how this look came together! I always love a peachy look, so this was fun to do! (Was that too many "loves" in a sentence?! Or, never enough since it's love day soon?!)
Here's a look at all the products I shopped my stash for to create this look:
- Hard Candy Eyes The Limit Eyeshadow Primer
- Kaleidos Cosmetics Futurism VII: Sashimi City Eyeshadow Palette
- Too Faced Tickled Peach Eye shadow palette
- Natasha Denona Zendo Eyeshadow Palette
- E.L.F. Instant Lift Brow Pencil in Neutral Brown
- Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Gel
- NYX Cosmetics Epic Ink Liner
- Rare Beauty Perfect Strokes Universal Volumizing Mascara
- Chella Highlighter Pencil in Ivory Lace
For this eye look, I started with the Hard Candy eye primer, and then the matte light beige from the Too Faced palette all over the lid (just a skin tone shade as my base shadow). Then I used the peach shadow from the Kaleidos palette all through the crease. I combined the ND Vigor shadow with the brown from the Too Faced palette to deepen the outer corner. With Relief and Calm from the ND palette, I buffed out the transition shade and placed them on the lower lash line as well. To finish the look, I used the light glitter shadow from the Kaleidos palette on the lid as a topper and on the inner corner! Then, I applied the liner, mascara and tightlined with the brightening liner!
- Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter in 2 Fair
- NYX Bare With Me Tinted Skin Veil in Natural Soft Beige
- Catrice Liquid Camouflage High Coverage Concealer in 005 Light Natural
- Besame Cosmetics Cosmetics Brightening Setting Face Powder in Violet
- Besame Cosmetics Aurora's Translucent Powder
- Physician's Formula Murumuru Butter Bronzer in "Bronzer"
- Pixi Beauty On-the-Glow Blush in Juicy
- Becca Cosmetics Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter in Champagne Pop
The face was nice and basic for this look - I used the Flawless Filter as the primer, and applied the NYX skin tint and Catrice concealer to the face. Then, I set under the eyes with loose powder and the finishing powder over the rest of the face. I applied the bronzer, cream blush and highlighter to the cheeks! I finished with a shimmery setting spray!
- L.A. Girl Shimmer Spray in Gold
- ColourPop Lip Crayon in Z Boys
- ColourPop Lux Lip Oil in Hot Spark
I love the peachy red look - what are your plans for Valentine's Day? We never do anything, except I always order a heart shaped pizza and do some fun baking!
