Happy Friday everyone - I hope you all had a good week! Alberta had to move back in Stage 1 of our re-opening plans this week because our covid cases were getting high again, so I know I'm at the point of fatigue and would just like it to be over! (But, I'm up soon for vaccines based on work, so I feel like at least that's a little light at the end of the tunnel!)

I purchased everything in this post
While I know "travelling" is a big no-no right now, we are very lucky to have a family cabin that we were able to go to safely this past weekend for the long weekend and it was exactly what I needed. We bring everything in with us and it's so quiet and beautiful - honestly, so relaxing, I was able to read 2.5 books over the weekend!
TWO
Before we went to the cabin, the Easter bunny paid us a little visit (because Damian wasn't with us for the weekend), so he dropped off a toooonnnn of Easter candy to make us feel better about the second Easter in a pandemic!
THREE
Oh look, what else is new - my hobby of buying used books is continuing on! I'm reading a lot, but I am probably still out pacing myself with my buying habits. There are just so many books to read and so little time!!! Have you read any of these yet?! (I ordered from Pages bookstore).
FOUR
Well, I'm really hoping to be somewhere in a bathing suit this summer (no where exotic or anything, just a basic ol' beach will do), so I picked up a few really cute suits: the Banana Leaf Twist-Front One Piece Swimsuit, the Floral And Striped Scalloped One Piece Swimsuit, and the White And Black Stripe Ruffle One Piece Swimsuit. I love all of these!
FIVE
We picked up the Lifetime Geometric Dome Climber from Costco for our backyard and it is so much fun! Damian and Mitch put it together and Elliott and D have been enjoying climbing on it together!
