Five on Friday - October 4, 2019

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you all have a great week - I've been in Disneyland all week, so even though I'm pre-writing this post, I know I've been having an amazing week!

It's time for a look at my October Monthly Makeup Basket! Each month I've been picking a few different face products to focus on for the month! I'm really trying to focus this year on using and enjoying my whole makeup collection!

For October, the products I'm focusing on are:
I'm always hoping to get some good use out of my Monthly Makeup Basket products, so wish me luck this month!

TWO

a house of salt and sorrows

I recently placed an order with OwlCrate (they are a lovely book subscription box that I've admired for a long time, but never actually ordered) - they do have a shop where they sell boxes and items that they've included in their boxes. Each month they include signed books with a letter from the author - how amazing is that?! A House of Salt and Sorrows is top of my reading wish list and I loved that this was a special edition of this book!

THREE

the night circus

Another thing I picked up from OwlCrate was this Night Circus tote - it's so pretty! Do you guys have a book that you can go back and read over and over again?! The Night Circus is a book that I can read or listen to always and I think I fall more and more in love with it each time. I got very wrapped up in my re-reading recently so I picked up a lovely shirt from Etsy as well! For any other reveurs out there, you can find the shirt here

FOUR

never too old for fairytales

Okay, how cute is this shirt that I picked up for our Disney trip?! I picked this up on Amazon, and I thought the "Never Too Old For Fairytales" was a cute little statement for Disney without being too over the top!

FIVE

bulk barn haul

Okay, I'm planning on going a little over the top this Halloween and I'm getting so excited! I'm planning a Kid's Halloween Party, and I want to make awesome goodie bags for the kids and for our trick-or-treaters this year! So, I went to Bulk Barn and picked up so many candies and treats!

I got candy corn, candy corn pumpkins, caramel bumpkins, jelly brains, pumpkin spice almonds, candy eyeballs, and classic chocolate bars.

I hope you all have an amazing weekend - I'm home later tonight from what I'm sure was a busy week! Regular, not pre-written posts will resume right away!
