I felt like I had these products all nailed as my favourites in the beginning of September and I used and loved them all month - there is a good mix of products this month from skincare and makeup!
Here is a closer look at my favourite products:
Belif Witch Hazel Herbal Extract Toner ~ $37.00 CAN. A toner formulated with witch hazel to hydrate dry, dull skin, leaving it hydrated, soothed, and balanced after cleansing.
This is a product that's actually been waiting quite a while in my collection for me to use and as soon as I started using it, I couldn't believe I waited to try it! I've actually heard mixed reviews about witch hazel skincare products, but I feel like this really agrees with my skin and using this consistently has lead to less redness and a more even skin tone - balanced is the perfect word for how this leaves my skin (and I've noticed far less little breakouts!)
Charlotte Tilbury Instant Magic Facial Dry Sheet Mask ~ $28.00 CAN for 1 mask ($106.00 CAN for 4 masks). A reusable, dry sheet mask with a revolutionary biomimetic delivery system that hydrates, lifts, and brightens the look of skin.
This is such a great mask! I've never tried a dry sheet mask before and it's such a unique masking experience, especially if you dislike the wet or gloppy feeling that can come with sheet masking! I've done a full post on this mask and you can see my detailed review on this mask here, but overall this left my face bright and hydrated (and you can use it 3 times, and I've been told up to 5 times!)
Physicians Formula The Perfect Matcha 3-in-1 Melting Cleansing Balm ~ $16.99 CAN. A gentle 3-in-1 cleansing balm that melts away makeup, deeply cleans away impurities and leaves the skin fully supple and hydrated.
I've been on team oil cleanser for my first cleanser for quite some time and only tried one or two other cleansing balms before, but this was instantly a favourite when I tried it! I love how quickly it melts down and found it to be really effective at breaking down all my makeup (including eye makeup) and it was gentle - I always use a foaming or cream cleanser as a second cleanse to rinse off the makeup and balm. But this worked way better than the oil cleansers I've been using and I actually already purchased a backup when I saw it on sale! I don't love the pot, but it does provide a mini spatula which helps scoop it out of you don't like using your fingers!
ColourPop Lip Crayons ~ $7.00 US each. When all you need is just a tint. This comfy, hydrating lip tint adds the perfect sheer wash of colour to create healthy, glowy lips.

These were another instant love - they just glide on so smoothly and are the most beautiful colours! They are soft and comfortable on the lips and wear off without smearing everywhere and they leave a pretty tint behind (just a little bit) and reapply really nicely. The two shades that I have are A Go Go and Z Boys - they are also scented like watermelon and peach and they are lovely! I have taken them on vacation and everywhere with me! My only complaint is the lid is a little bit finicky, but other than that, these are great!
ColourPop Orange You Glad? Shadow Palette ~ $12.00 US. Orange is the new neutral and we're here for it!
I had a feeling that I was going to love this palette when I picked it up - orange is just such an easy colour for me to wear and this palette has such a great mix in it! It's got more neutral and bright shades, three different finishes, and a good range of tones too! The formula of the ColourPop shadows is really great - you can see the whole palette swatched on me here! It's just such a solid monochromatic palette!
Here are the two ColourPop Lip Crayons on - A Go Go is the first picture and Z Boys is the second! I love both of these shades so much. Also, the second picture has a lot of the Orange You Glad? palette all over the lid!
What have you guys been loving in September?
Ohh I bought the Physicians Formula Matcha Cleansing Balm a few weeks ago, now I can't wait to give it a try! I love cleansing balms, especially in the cooler months.
