Skincare Sunday - Biobelle #IWOKEUPLIKETHIS Mask

Happy Skincare Sunday everyone! I tend to hold on to certain masks I get and wait for the "perfect time" to wear them! Well, I got this mask almost 2 years ago and I'm still waiting, so last weekend was deemed the perfect time!

Skincare Sunday - Biobelle #IWOKEUPLIKETHIS Mask
This mask came in a subscription box I paid for

Biobelle #IWOKEUPLIKETHIS Mask ~ $3.99 US. Biobelle’s #Iwokeuplikethis mask is the first step towards a youthful, rosy complexion. Purify, exfoliate, and brighten – Give your skin that Biobelle glow! The world’s #1 free radical fighter vitamin C, corrects damage by brightening sun spots and dull patches.

I'm really trying to feature brands this month that are clean or earth friendly. Now, I'm not super familiar with the brand itself; but, I loved the description of the mask material. Biobelle uses a Tencel mask - which is a biodegradable fiber made from the pulp of wood from entirely sustainable forests. The mask also uses natural extracts and is paraben and gluten free. I'm always in to brands that are trying to do their part for the environment and when I can compost my mask after I use it, that's great!

The Tencel formula is supposed to assist with the absorption of serum because it prevents evaporation, and the #IWOKEUPLIKETHIS is meant to brighten and refresh the skin with vitamin C!

This mask is easy to use - wash face, apply mask, wear for 15-20 minutes, remove mask, either massage extra serum in to skin or rinse off, and complete skincare routine. (I always massage the essence in to skin instead of rinsing off!)

I quite liked the material of this mask - it was super soft and adhered really well to the face. It's not as thin as a biocellulose mask, but not as thick as other materials. It came with the perfect amount of essence and it was super easy and comfortable to wear. I wore this for about 30 minutes and had plenty of essence left to massage in to the skin!

I did think this brightened and refreshed the skin and even the next morning, my skin looked nice. I thought for dullness and I had some dark circles and it just helped to refreshed and brighten that area! I was actually pretty impressed with this mask and thought it delivered on it's results!
