I am so happy that it is a long weekend!! I am looking forward to 4 days off of work! I also have some family coming in to town, so I am going to take a blogging break this weekend! (That means no Skincare Sunday post this week, and I will be back up and running on Monday!).

Mmmm... soup of the week! This Broccoli Cheese Soup recipe is actually called "Copy Cat Panera Bread Broccoli Cheese Soup" (which actually means nothing to me because I have never had Panera Bread anything!) - but this soup is delicious! As is the biscuit (which is so easy to make) - called the "Best Damn Vegan Biscuits" (they are really easy to make non-vegan as well, just normal milk and butter!)

Did anyone else used to be obsessed with V.C. Andrews books? I haven't read anything new in the last few years, but used to read all the series! Lately Ms. Andrews has be popping up more in my newsfeed as the are re-making the Flowers in the Attic Series for Lifetime - so I thought I would indulge a little in to my past and grab these 2 movies in my latest Amazon order:
I can't believe how many years ago Rain came out and I haven't watched it yet?! I'm going to indulge soon for some girly movie nights!

Favorite shirt of the week:
A cat shirt?! I'm in heaven! Have I ever mentioned that I love Facebook auction sites? It's the same as online garage sales really - but I love finding good deals! The shirt was only a couple of dollars and it is the cutest!!
