June 2017 - Month in Masks & Mask Empties

Masking is a huge part (and probably my favorite part) of my skincare routine! I try to use all types of masks as often as possible as I find they really help moisturize and improve my skin! 

This post is a review of all the masks I use each month and mini reviews on all of them - I also consider the Month of Masks my Mask Empties post, because I do not feature my sheet masks in my monthly empties post! You can check out my past Month of Masks here!

Beauty Clinic Mediheal Snail Aquaring SOS Mask ~ $4.49 CAN. "Dr. Post" Snail Aquaring SOS Mask is a special moisturizing clinic system which intensively manages skin which has been damaged by dry environment containing hydration building ingredients such as Snail Mucus Components. Also it has a synergy ampoule booster which is used specially before applying masks and skin dryness is relieved by using Prunus Mume Fruit Water instead of water.

This mask is my FAVORITE - like holy grail level mask! I reviewed this mask in the past and you can check out my review here! This leaves my skin soooo hydrated and amazing feeling! Plus it clears blemishes and brightens skin. Best mask ever! Hands down.

Fruits & Passion Hydro Gel Face Mask - Toning ~ $3.00. This refreshing Hydro Gel Face Mask with a vitamin E derivative and cranberry extract contains an essence specially formulated to improve the appearance of your skin. Your skin is hydrated, soothed and refreshed. For all skin types, this non-greasy formula leaves skin wrapped in a velvety-soft finish. No paraben added.

I love hydrogel masks - this mask came in 2 pieces and fit well. It had enough essence that it lasted a long time, but didn't slip around on my face at all. I liked it and it was cooling on my skin.

As most of you know by now, my Skincare Routine is very important to me and masking is a huge part of that routine (and it is probably my favorite part of my skincare routine!

My goal for April was to not only use a lot of masks, but to use a good variety of masks as well and I think I accomplished that! Here is a look:

The Yeon Jeju Hallabong Energy Live Pack - 21,800 won (approximately $19.80 US). A new type cooling moisture pack doing hot and dry skin care effectively with cooling effect and moisturizing effect with bouncy property like made by ground Hallabong. Extract of Hallabong known as treasury of Vitamin, kiwi, lemon glass, brocoli extract give energy to the skin, do skin care animatingly, Portulaca extract used to reinforce mild usage feeling protects the skin from stimulus, keeps it more moistly and flexibly.

I got this in a past Beauteque BB Bag but couldn't find which one, so I'm not sure the value of this one. It worked for a while, but wasn't really a favorite. And now it's broken...
