May Shop My Stash - Yellow Blush, Graphic Liner and Faux Freckles

Well, I haven't been wearing much makeup lately - we have starting wearing masks at work, so it's been difficult to feel like putting a lot of makeup on. So, when I sat down to play with my Shop My Stash look, I ended going down the road of PUT ALL THE TRENDS ON MY FACE! Sorry, not sorry!

When I sat down, the plan with just a yellow eye and graphic liner look in mind for a yellow look, but it expanded to the yellow blush, and I'm not going lie, it's so different from what I normally do and I sort of love it!
And, I tried faux freckles last month and it was a total fail and it really felt like it could fit in with the yellow, and I'm happy with how this look turned out! This look is exactly why I've been loving these Shop My Stash posts to help play with looks and use my products in new ways!

Apparently I'm a little late to the yellow blush trend - I really only recently saw this on a youtuber I follow, Angelica Nyqvist, and when I looked more in to it, apparently it was trendy a couple of years ago and I missed it, so better late than never! I essentially just used a yellow eye shadow and blended it well on my cheeks and I thought it turned out really fun - we do it with pink and corals all the time, so why not yellow?!

For the eye look, I started with the primer and used Yum-Yum from the Too Faced palette as the base shadow. Then I applied Oh Beehave from the ColourPop as the transition shade. I deepened the crease and outer corner with Totally Buggin' from ColourPop and Passports & Pineapples from Too Faced. The I applied Sweet Spot from the ColourPop palette on the lid and to the upper crease. Then, using black liquid liner I created a graphic look and finished with a little Oh Beehave to the lower lash line.

For the rest of the face, I applied the Hard Candy primer, NYX foundation, Catrice concealer, and Guerlain powder as the base. Then I applied bronzer, and then I applied ColourPop shadows in Totally Buggin' and Oh Beehave to the cheeks and applied the shadow Dandy as a highlighter. Then, I used the Tarte Brow Mousse with a small brush and gently dotted on to my nose and cheeks. Then, I finished with lip products and setting spray!
