Mask Wednesday - Origins Flower Fusion Lavender Soothing Sheet Mask Review

Happy Mask Wednesday! I love finding new sheet masks to try, so when I was scrolling through new products on the Sephora website I was excited to see that Origins has just released some new sheet masks!

The masks are a "Flower Fusion" line and include Lavender (soothing), Rose (hydrating), Jasmine (softening) and Violet (nourishing)!

Mask Wednesday - Origins Flower Fusion Lavender Soothing Sheet Mask Review

Origins Flower Fusion Lavender Soothing Sheet Mask ~ $9.00. A lavender-infused sheet mask that soothes to de-stress skin.

This mask material is made out of 100% bamboo and is fortified with lavender wax - this absorbs quickly and soothes the skin while the scent creates a feeling of calm!

This mask is straight forward to use - wash face, apply mask and relax for 10 minutes, remove mask, massage remaining essence in to skin and complete skincare routine!

This was a thicker mask material and only had 2 tabs on the whole mask. This sheet mask fit pretty good, but I do wish there were a couple more tabs to help this adhere better overall. The mask was well soaked in essence and it had a very subtle scent of lavender (I was worried that it was going to smell too strong) that added a little relaxing feeling to wearing the mask as well. The essence absorbed really quickly and this lasted about 20 minutes.

My skin definitely felt calmed and soothed - and it can always benefit from soothing masks (my poor skincare routine hasn't quite been the same in the last month and my hormones are still affecting my skin right now!) I also loved that it smelled really lightly or lavender, it was like a gentle reminder to close my eyes and chill for a few minutes while wearing this! This was good - I quite liked it, but for $9 I will only buy it once in a while!
