September 2015 Mishibox - Korean Beauty Box Review

Mishibox is a newer Korean Beauty Box subscription based out of the U.S. - their first box shipped in June. I was so excited when they announced that they would be shipping to Canada for August! I obviously signed up right away! It is really great having more k-beauty subscription boxes available in Canada!

Mishibox is described as:
"Our mission at MISHIBOX (pronounced "me-she") is to help you explore the exciting (and sometimes very cute) world of Korean beauty. We want to help you discover your favorite products in a convenient, effortless, and affordable way. We will send you a curated box with a combination of 4 - 6 deluxe-sized samples and full-sized Korean beauty products from a wide range of Korean brands. We are all about finding the best Korean beauty products for you to try from both brands that you already love and the brands that we think you will love."

Mishibox is $19.99 monthly + $5.95 shipping to Canada.

Here is a look at the September Mishibox:

It comes in a cute little pink box and is always nicely packaged!

Mishibox always includes a detailed product card (sorry didn't get a closer picture od the card). Here is a closer look at the products:

Magis Lene Cell Precieux Kit4 - Toner ~ sample size 5ml for $2.71 (full size is 120ml for $65). This luxurious and highly concentrated toner made with caramel and colloidal gold provides both whitening and wrinkle care functions.

I love seeing new k-beauty brands that I have never heard of before!! This brand is quite pricey so even if I love this product, I'm not likely to buy it full size, but I still enjoy receiving high end samples. The bottle is quite small but hopefully I can get a few uses out of it!

Magis Lene Cell Precieux Kit4 - Emulsion ~ sample size 5ml for $2.88 (full size 120ml for $69). The luxurious and highly concentrated emulsion from the same Cell Precieux line also provides both whitening and wrinkle care functions. Use together with the bunus serum and cream samples for the best results.

Magis Lene Cell Precieux Kit4 - Serum and Cream ~ bonus samples.

I like that even though these samples are small, it is a whole skincare line to try! I will hopefully get a few uses out of the emulsion and it should be good!

Cleomee BDonkey Snowy Pore Balm ~ full size $25.00. Say good-bye to oily skin with this donkey milk and oil pore balm that minimizes the appearance of your pores and fine lines, brightens skin, neutralizes redness, and evens out uneven skin tones.

This is suggested to be used as a makeup primer on your t-zone - good to know as when I opened the package I was unsure what this is! This sounds good to me, while I have a few makeup primers, this sounds different than some of the types I have! Again, I like seeing a new brand as well.

Cleomee Donkey Real Milk Oil Mask ~ full size $3.50 (currently on Amazon.ca for $11.50 a piece!). Treat yourself to a mini facial at home with this highly moisturizing sheet mask. The donkey milk and oil blend works to provide whitening and wrinkle care while also providing soothing and nourishing effects.

I have seen donkey products come up recently - Korean products usually include some pretty "out-there" ingredients. I don't mind trying this as donkey milk is said to be amazing for the skin!

Skylake Silk Cocoon Hair Conditioner ~ mini size $5. This rich conditioner made with real silk cocoon extracts and hydrolyzed silk cocoon extracts that contain natural proteins and other natural ingredients will keep your hair healthy, soft, and energized.

I have been dying to try Skylake products for months after reading really great reviews about the shampoo and masks online! I can't wait to use this!!!

Holika Holika Basic Nails in "Joyful Mint" ~ $5. Finish off summer with these bright and long-lasting nail colors from the Holika Holika 2015 Spring/Summer Collection.

I haven't received a ton of nail polish in k-beauty boxes so I am happy to see this. Although, I have a ton of mint polishes, I may give this away if it is too close to a couple colors I already have!

Mishibox came with 6 products (3 full size) and a total value of $44.09. This is a good value and I enjoyed the variety of this box!

Mishibox is probably for people who are just getting started in to k-beauty, but I was happy with most of the products, but I have been overall very happy with this subscription. Sadly, I am cancelling for now as the Canadian dollar is not doing any of us subscription box addicts any favors! I will likely resubscribe at some point in time!

Have you tried Mishibox yet? What did you think of the products in this box?
