ONE

By this point you should know that I can't resist a Joe Fresh x Jillian Harris collab - they always come out with the cutest items, and I was really good this time, only picked up a couple of clothing items and a few home goods (loved that they expanded to include a cute outdoor Summer line as well).
First up, the clothes! My needed piece from this collection was this gorgeous Blushing Flower Wrap dress - it's lightweight and a lovely floral print (I already have my wine tasting in the Summer planned with this dress on!) I also picked up the Wildflower Graphic Tee and the Favourite Denim Short, because what a cute easy Summer outfit! This collection also came with some really adorable dresses, but I wasn't sure they would look great on me, so just picked these items out!
This collection also had some really cute home and picnic items - loved this line, had I not just gotten a Jilly Box with a picnic bag and some other items I may have indulged a little more in this line! I loved this big Scalloped Serving Tray ! I also picked up the Scalloped Serving Bowl and two Scalloped Dinner Plates. They are all bigger than expected and I really like them! They are a bamboo/melamine so great for outdoor and indoor use!
Omgoodness you guys - I did puppy yoga yesterday and it was amazing! We had an instructor come to the gym at our work and the Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) brought 8 adoptable puppies for us to play with! So much fun and they were so sweet - this little guy is Luigi and he's sooo cute!
THREE
We went to see Spider-Man Across The Spider-verse this past weekend and it is fantastic! Truly an amazing movie - plot and animation style, these are so well done! So good - can't wait for the next one!
FOUR
I've shared our new Ikea Daybed before - this is the Hemnes Frame with their mattresses, but I haven't actually tested it out as a full bed until now! I promised Elliott a sleepover since we got it, and it just hasn't worked out yet - we slept in their this weekend (pretty sure I was asleep by 8:00 p.m.) and it was comfy - firm mattresses and lots of space - it turns in to a King bed. Nothing pops up, the slats are already bed height when you pull it out!
FIVE
It's been so hot already in Calgary, so last weekend we spent the day at our community splash park and had a blast! A lot of the city facilities don't open until June, but glad this is and it was a great day - Elliott had a blast!
