This whole month our #CBBxManiMonday group is doing things a little bit different and we are searching #summernails and picking our inspiration from what we find - I saw lots of fun, fruity nails and I had amazing fruit nails last year, so on top of having no time, and my super cute cactus nails looking amazing, I thought I'd showcase some of my past favourite Summer nail looks!
These nail looks may use nail polishes sent in PR
Summer Fruit Basket Nails
This is some of my favourite nail art ever! I'm so proud of how each of the fruit pieces turned out - they are all super cute! I also love the varying red and yellow fruits and how they look on the sage green background! You can see the original post here!
Octopus Nail Art
Okay, this is an old nail art look (so pardon my cuticles - I tended to pay less attention to them years ago!). But, I love how these octopus nails turned out! It's actually quite simple, but the purple tentacles and the background colour look - I love it! Anything under the sea screams Summer to me! You can see the original post here!
Floral Daisy Nail Art
I always talk about how much I love floral nails for Spring and Summer - any kinds of floral! I have done mixed florals, roses nails and tulips before! But daisies are so bright and fun and look good on any colour background! Also, they are so easy to do with just a dotting tool! You can the original post here.
Flamingo Nail Art
This is another older nail art look - but even if this isn't my best painting job, I love this look overall! It's such a bright background and the flamingos are so bright - they are so perfect for Summer! You can see the original post here!
Abstract Nail Art
Abstract nails are everywhere right now! I was actually planning on doing a newer bright abstract nail look this week (so, you know what I'm planning for next week now!) But, these are so fun for me to do because I'm not an abstract person, so I actually find these a little hard to do! You can see the original post here!
What are your favourite Summer nails to do?!
