Natasha Denona Mini Nude Eyeshadow Palette - Swatches, Review and Look!

I said many times on here before how much I love mini eyeshadow palettes - they are cute, compact and have a quick colour scheme that is easy to put a look together with!

I've also made it pretty clear that I love the mini Natasha Denona palettes - the 3 I tried in 2018 made my Best of 2018 Makeup Discoveries! So, the Mini Nude palette was released a little while ago and I didn't jump immediately; but, after I did a huge declutter a few months ago, I got rid of quite a few older neutral palettes and there was room for a new nude palette!

I've heard reviews that the mini formula is not the same as the full size palettes, and I do not have a full size palette to compare it too; but, I have enjoyed the formulas in the mini!

Natasha Denona Mini Nude Eyeshadow Palette ~ $33.00 CAN. A mini palette of Natasha Denona’s signature pressed pigment eyeshadows in sophisticated neutral shades.

Most of the mini palettes were made as minis of a specific palette, mostly with new shadow shades in the palette. The Mini Nude palette is a little different as it's a new mini palette with a couple of new shadows and a couple of repeats from previous palettes!

This palette has 2 mattes, 2 metallics and 1 duo-chrome shadow that are all neutral shadows. This palette is meant to give a full eye look and be travel friendly - it's user friendly and is good for day or night looks!

The shadows in the Mini Nude palette are:
Bronzage ~ chroma crystal light copper metallic
Quoin ~ warm orange nude creamy matte
Lumino ~ pearl metallic
Sienna ~ medium bronze duo-chrome
Soil matte terra-cotta creamy matte

I love the shades in this palette - I think it's got a good mix of light, medium, and darker shades. It's a good mix of mattes and shimmery finishes! It feels like a well rounded palette! The shadows are long wearing, smooth and so easy to work with!

Here is a look at the eye look that I created using the Mini Nude palette - I used Quoin in the crease, Soil in the outer corner, Bronzage on the outer lid, and Sienna on the middle inner lid and a little Lumino on the inner lid (did not capture as gorgeous as it looks!)

And here's the full look with the Mini Nude eyeshadow palette - I actually really love this palette and the looks I create with it! It's so easy to use and all the looks are really great! The metallics and duo-chromes are stunning and the mattes are easy to use!

This has so easily become a go-to palette for me! I've used it quite a bit and I've already travelled with it and used it for a couple of last all night, go-to makeup looks, and that says a lot for just having this palette for over a month!

I think this is great little neutral palette - while I have an extensive shadow collection, I do still think that this has a solid place in my collection (especially given that I decluttered some similar palettes)! It's a good quality palette and I love the compact size!

  2. Do I need another neutral palette? *spends numerous minutes trying to tell myself I don't and still proceeds to add it to my wishlist* LOL! I haven't been too attracted to her palettes or the price point, but this one is right up my alley! Looks gorgeous on you!
