So, when I received these Urban Outfitters foil masks as a gift, I couldn't wait to try them! These UO Metallic Foil Sheet Masks come in 4 different types for 4 different targeted concerns and they are described as "mixed metallic metal sheet masks, available exclusively at UO. Each mask targets specific concerns with specially-selected ingredients that leave skin balanced and glowing in 20 minutes or less!" They are $5.00 CAN each or 2 for $6.00 CAN.
Rose Gold ~ moisturizing blend of soybean extract+ mushroom extract + witch hazel water to nourish, enrich, hydrate skin.
I love all things rose gold, so this is lovely! Also - this one is for moisturizing, which sounds perfect!
This mask is straight-forward to use - wash and dry face, tone skin, apply mask, wear for 10 - 20 minutes, remove mask and pat remaining essence in to skin!
This mask material is a little thicker than I normally prefer; but, I don't mind it because it's a foil mask and it fits pretty well! This mask came with almost two full handfuls of essence - I applied as much as I could to my face, chest and everywhere else before masking! Then, this mask wore for over 40 minutes and my skin felt super soft and moisturized after!
The following morning my skin felt so smooth and soft and looked noticeably clear and improved the next morning! I really liked this one!
Black Gold ~ luxurious blend of 24K gold + charcoal + lavender to deeply cleanse pores, soothe skin
This mask sounds so interesting - a blend of charcoal, gold and lavender! Sounds so good for my skin!
This mask is worn just like the other foil mask - wash face, tone skin, apply and wear for 10 to 20 minutes, then remove mask and pat remaining essence in to skin!
This mask fit really well - a little better than the rose gold one! For having a thicker layer, it smooths out very well and adheres well to the face! Since this mask has charcoal in it, I only wore this for 15 minutes so that I wouldn't over dry my face. This also had 2 handfuls of essence, so it would have lasted longer as well!
I did think that this mask deep cleaned my face and didn't dry it out, which is great! My skin looked better - it wasn't as moisturizing as the Rose Gold mask, which I prefer a little more!
Overall, I thought these masks were pretty good - the Rose Gold one was really moisturizing and it had so much essence! They are also very affordable, which is great! Have you tried these or other UO masks yet?!
