The whole Too Faced Sweet Peach collection was released mid-December, and since I can't resist anything in this line. I had to order them all right away!
I ordered these right before I went on my Hawaiian vacation so I have not had a chance to dig in to them! I'm slowly making my way through them now!
The whole Too Faced Sweet Peach collection smells like fuzzy peaches - it is so delicious smelling! This Sweet Peach line originally started with the Sweet Peach palette which was released back in March 2016 - you can see my full review on that palette here!
Too Faced has now expanded the peach line to include a blush, face palette, and lipglosses - I happened to grab a little of everything and will be sharing my reviews as I test out the products. I have also reviewed the Papa Don't Peach single blush and you can see my review here!
Too Faced Sweet Peach Glow Peach-Infused Highlighting Palette ~ $52.00. This illuminating, blushing and bronzing palette gives the natural radiance of a glowing peach sunset. Give your skin the appearance of being bathed in the most beautiful peachy golden light.
I love the idea of a face palette - think travelling or even packing up to get ready at someone's house and you only have to grab 1 palette instead of 3 different products! The packaging of this palette is adorable - just like everything else in this collection! And, this palette is meant to give you the "lit from within" luminous glow!
I will say that this is obviously not a universal palette - this a definitely meant for someone with fair, light, light-medium, and mayyyybe medium skin (I'm thinking about the bronzer shade on here in particular!) I do think all skin tones would be able to wear the blush and highlighter!
This palette was the item I was most nervous about in the Sweet Peach collection - the reviews are certainly mixed. The biggest concern was about the pigmentation - some say that it was too light or not as pigmented.
You will see my swatches below, but I will say that I don't want my face products as pigmented as an eyeshadow palette. Like, one swipe of my bronzer and blush and I don't want to look clownish - as long as the formula is good, I would prefer something apply lighter and be built up to how I like as opposed to too dark and me trying to wipe it off!
Here is the palette swatched on me in natural light, with no editing:
These are all one finger swipe of the product. I love the highlighter shade - it is gorgeous! I find it has a nice sheen and doesn't have really chunky glitter (which was noted in some reviews!) The blush is a truer peach tone than the single Papa Don't Peach Blush (will show a comparison below!), which is great that they are different! And the bronzer is a perfect shade for my skintone - I think it would make a good contour shade as well. It isn't too shimmery.
Also, if you have seen my review of the Papa Don't Peach Blush (go here!), you are probably wondering if the blush in this palette is different than that stand alone blush - that was my first question too! Here is a look:
The blush in the Peach Glow Palette is truly more peach-tone where the Papa Don't Peach blush is a pink-peach finish. The formula and finishes are very similar, but there is a noticeable difference in the shades!
Have you tried any of the Too Faced Sweet Peach goodies yet?! I love anything that smells like fuzzy peaches so I'm hooked!
Also, how can you resist this adorable packaging!!!!
