Manicure Tuesday - Valentine's Day Hearts!

Happy Valentine's Day - my Mani will be heart-themed, so it's totally appropriate that it wasn't up yesterday!

I have surprisingly been loving pastel and more muted shades the last few weeks... that is why I used a grey base and a hot pink accent! 


For this week's Mani I used:
-base grey polish (I used Pretty Woman polish in "I Can't Deal")
-hot pink accent polish (I used Colour Club hot pink)
-nail cleanser and base coat (Formula X)
-top coat (Sally Hansen Gel Top Coat)
-nail dotting tool or toothpick

This is pretty easy nail art to do! Start with nail cleanser, base coat, 2 coats of base polish and let dry. For the hearts, dip the dotter or toothpick in to pink polish and create 2 dots side by side and drag the edges down to connect! 

I should have been a little more patient drying my hearts before I applied top coat - whoops! Happy Valentine's Day everyone!
