Manicure Monday (flower nails!)

So, I know it is not quite Spring time but the weather here in Alberta is unbelievable!! It is so warm, all of our snow is melted and the weather is going to be +16-20 Celsius all week - I'm looking forward it! 

I wanted my nails to feel "spring-y" too! I'm thinking flowers!

Here are the products I used this week:

• Formula X Nail Cleanser and Base Coat
• OPI Top Coat 
• Ciate #79 Strawberry Milkshake
• Nail flowers (not stickers - very delicate!) - can be found on ebay!
• tweezers

Here are the steps I followed:

1. Nail Cleanser and Base Coat

2. 2 coats base polish - bubblegum pink

3. Let dry well

4. Add a light coat of top coat to the nail you are placing the flower on

5. Using the tweezers, pick up flower gently and place on nail:

6. Press the flower gently on the nail as the top coat underneath dries - make sure the edges form to your nails! 

7. Repeat on as many nails as you like - I did 2 accent nails! 

8. Top Coat
