March 2015 Beauteque BB Bag Review

Beauteque is an American company that focuses on creating a beauty bag with Asian Beauty products. Beauteque has piloted their BB Bags for a few months since July, before launching the full subscription service. This is their third bag - January was the first month!

The BB Bag is described as:

"Our BB Bag subscription delivers 7 full sized luxury products to your doorstep every month. A combination of beauty, skincare, and lifestyle products, you will receive a variety of goodies, whether it's makeup, skincare, jewellery, or much more! Not a month will go by that you aren't left with wanting more, so become a Beauteque Beauty and subscribe to us today!"

Beauteque is $24 monthly - if you sign up for a longer subscription, you can save a little money: $23 per month if you sign up for 6 months, or $22 per month if you sign up for 12 months). Shipping per month is $3.95 for the U.S., $5.95 to Canada, and $8.95 to Europe. The value of each BB bag will be $65-$85.

Beauteque allows to customize a few products in the bag and the rest of the products will be a surprise! This month we got to select the scent of perfume mist, eyebrow pencil, and a type of cream.

Here is a look at the February 2015 Beauteque Monthly BB Bag:

Beauteque comes monthly with a make-up bag! The theme for this month is "Our Lips are Sealed" - the pretty lips printed on this bag are sealed - but open it up and you will soon find all the top beauty secrets revealed! We've rounded up the best of the beauty best and are letting you in on all the things you need, and need to know, to have that 'where did she get it' glow!.

Beauteque always includes a detailed product card with pictures to explain all the products. Here is a look at all the goodies inside:

And here is a closer look at the products:

The Face Shop Herb Day Massage Cream in "Mugwort" ~ $12. This luxurious cream has Vitamin B to revitalize and refresh skin - and who doesn't need that after a long winter? Massage into face for 3-5 minutes, then rinse with a cleanser. Use once or twice per week.
This was one of the customizable items for this month - I have never heard of a face massage cream but I like the scent and the texture of this one!

The Face Shop Rice Ceramide Moisture Toner ~ $14. This toner has rice extracts and ceramide to help maximize moisturization! Use with a cotton swab after you have cleansed your face.
This is actually one of my daily products already, I am happy to have extra!

Tony Moly Minibling Pocket Hair Pack ~ $3. Follow instructions for lustrous, health-infused hair!

This is a type of deep-conditioning/ hair treatment. Sounds good to me - I don't use these often as my hair is quite fine, but once in a while is good! (Also, this was one of 2 products - you would have received this or a hair cap).

A'pieu Take my Hands Nail Sheet Pack ~ $5. Nourish nails and calm cuticles with this moisturizing and fun treat for fingers! Wear for 10-15 minutes, then remove and massage remaining essence into skin.
This was another customizable products and you could choose between berry and avocado. Sounds interesting, I have never thought of using a nail mask, it is sort of a funny idea. My hands do get very dry, so it could be worth a shot!

Alicia Modeling Jelly Mask Pack ~ $8. Treat skin DIY style! Pour water approximately 1/3 the amount of powder and mix. Apply mixture to face after cleansing and toning for 15-20 minutes, then rinse.
This was also a product you could have received another brand, but similar product. These mixing masks always sound so cool and I haven't tried one yet so I am looking forward to trying this!

Etude House Look At My Eyes Cafe "Sweet Potato Latte" ~ $9.50. Everyone can use a beautiful neutral shadow that goes with everything!
This is a very nice color actually (I haven't swatched it yet so I can't comment on the formula, but the reviews look great!).

Beauteque Pore Control Blackhead Brush ~ $15. Banish blackhead blemishes with this brush, that you can do with these two steps! 1)Lather with your favorite cleanser and buff in a circula motion for a daily/nightly deep clean. 2)Rinse off after cleansing, and use again for a further deeper clean, 2-3 times per week.
I have never heard of such a thing before, but I really like the idea of this - I will happily try it!

Altogether, this bag came with 7 full size items and a total value of $66.50 - the prices are listed at the retail price and can probably be found for a little less online, but I am happy with the value. I really like the variety in this bag and will use every product.

One of the things that makes this bag very unique is that they offer all full size products - which is awesome! This is my last of my 3 month subscription with the BB Bag and since I am starting to cut down, I will not be resubscribing. On that note, I did really enjoy this 3 month subscription and would recommend it if the products interest you!!
