Happy Manicure Monday - I hope you all had a good weekend! I had a lovely wedding to attend and then drove to Edmonton last night; i'm here all week for work training!
The OPI polish was received as a PR sample, I am a Nails INC ambassador
I've been loving the shimmery light polishes of the Summer - I did the glazed donut nails a few weeks ago and loved them. So, this is a little spin on that because this Nails Inc polish is so gorgeous and I haven't used it in a long time!
So, we are sticking with Summery and bright nails for July and August - this is a little mix of the Summer trends and brights with the purple flowers added on!
The products I used for this week's manicure are:
- Nails Inc polish in Rainbow Wishes
- OPI polish in Hello Pretty
- Holo Taco polish in Hot-wire Pink
- Moyra Top Coat for Nail Stamping
I also used a dotting tool to create this mani!
For this manicure, I started with a base coat and two coats of base polish - a light shimmery purple on all nails, except one with a dark purple for an accent nail. Using the nail dotting tool, I created flower shapes with 5 or 6 dots in a circle - for something a little different, I created bigger flowers on one nail and smaller flowers on the other. Then, with the shimmery pink polish, I created the centre of the flowers. I finished with a nail art top coat.
