I have to say that I used to use The Body Shop banana shampoo and conditioner around 15 years ago when I was in high school and I couldn't use anything else - I absolutely loved them! I was so sad when they discontinued the line and when they relaunched it a year or so ago, I was really nervous to try it because I was worried it wouldn't be the same for me!
But, when I saw all the other banana goodies being released for the Summer, I thought I'd give it a try too - and it is so nostalgic, I'm so happy I picked these all up!
The Body Shop Banana Truly Nourishing Shampoo ~ $11.00 CAN for 250 ml (also $6.00 CAN for 60 ml and $16.00 CAN for 400 ml). This truly nourishing, cruelty-free shampoo gently cleanses your hair and drenches it in an uplifting, tropical scent. I will make this nice and simple - I love these! I'm so happy that I tried these again! The banana shampoo and conditioner both work so well. They are 100% vegetarian, made with community trade bananas, formulated without silicones, and made for dry to normal hair.
These smell amazing and the banana scent lingers for so long and I love it! I really enjoyed the formulas - these really cleaned, nourished and left my hair super soft!
This is my hair washed and dried after only using The Body Shop Banana Shampoo and Conditioner on my hair - no other products and air dried. It leaves my hair so soft, smooth and not frizzy!
And, I can't often find shampoo and conditioner that allow my hair to have 2 days without dry shampoo (because it's so fine), but, this set does that! I easily get 2 full days and only need dry shampoo for the 3rd day which is amazing. I think that it's formulated without silicones really works for my thin, fine hair leaving it super soft and healthy! I know I'm gushing; but, I just can't help it - if you love bananas, you should give these a try! There is a hair mask in this line too that I really need to try now!

I have so many body lotions, but I could not help but add another 2 to my collection with all the banana goodness! The "Wonderfully Wonka Banana" line is limited edition and some of the products are selling out, so scoop them up if you see them! This line smells just like the old banana medicine you used to get as a kid tastes (if that makes sense), but it's so good!
The body butters are such a classic body shop formula - I've loved the body butters for years. They are super thick, rich and nourishing. I love the formulas of these. And the body yogurts are a new formula and they are really great - it's a light-weight, gel cream formula, that is also really hydrating! I think the body yogurts are a fantastic Spring/Summer formula when it's hotter and you wanted something light, and the body butters are great for Fall/Winter when you can handle something richer and hydrating! They are both great formulas!

This is in the limited edition range and it smells just like the body butter and body yogurt - there is also a body polish too! This is a really creamy body cream that lathers nicely and leaves the skin smooth! Another win in this range for me!
So officially I'm in love with all the banana products from The Body Shop! I'm so happy that I decided to try the shampoo and conditioner again because they are so good! The body butter and shower cream are pretty classic body shop formulas in a great scent. And, the body yogurt was such a surprising formula - it was so light! I'm actually sad that the body products are limited edition because I love the banana scent and all the products in the range are so good!
