Covergirl "The Super Sizer Fiber" Mascara and Covergirl "Clean Matte BB Cream" Review and Swatches - BzzAgent Campaign

I was recently selected to be involved in a BzzAgent campaign focusing on Fast & Fresh summer beauty routines with Covergirl makeup products.

The 2 products I was sent from BzzAgent are the Covergirl "The Super Sizer Fiber" Mascara and Covergirl "Clean Matte BB Cream For Oily Skin" 

Covergirl Clean Matte BB Cream for Oily Skin #530 Light/Medium ~ $10.99. Covergirl’s Clean Matte BB Cream is an oil-free formula that provides the perfect amount of coverage to even skin tone, hide blemishes, won’t clog pores and keeps you shine-free all day long.

Now this is something that I normally wouldn't try myself because it is for oily skin and that is not a skin type I generally identify with. In the Summertime though my skin, especially my t-zone does get oily, so this is worth trying!

Here is a look at the Covergirl Clean Matte BB on me (I applied with my beauty blender sponge with no primer):

The coverage of this product was quite impressive for a BB cream, but the shade looked quite orange on my skintone. I thought it wore really nice all day and despite the colour not being perfect I have continued to wear this. I like the texture and coverage this has! I would recommend this to people looking for a product for oily skin that is affordable!

I have tried the Covergirl Supersizer mascara before, and I have actually not tried a fiber mascara before so I was looking forward to trying this! 

This mascara comes with a tapered wand and it thicker at the top than at the base. The bristles are a harder plastic. Here is a look at the mascara on: 

I like my lashes to look fluffy and full - this mascara does add volume and length no doubt, but it doesn't offer that thick fluffy look. I found my lashes stuck together, even on the first coat and this mascara made them really hard and crunchy. This was also really hard to get off at the end of the evening - I have never had to work hard with a micellar water to remove mascara. It did also flake off a little wearing throughout the day. I may still use it in combination with another mascara for a dramatic evening look, but overall I was not a fan.
