Manicure Monday (trying out Jamberry wraps & Monthly Pedicure (Daisy toes)

Happy Monday everyone! Today is Manicure Monday and Monthly Pedicure Day!

Let's start with the nails - this week I am testing out Jamberry wraps to see how I like them! Here is a look at this week's Mani:

Here is a look at the products I used:

jamberry flower wraps ciate apple and custard nail polish

-Ciate polish in "Apple & Custard
-Jamberry nail wrap
-Formula X nail cleanser, base coat, and top coat

I am only using the wrap for an accent nail - to apply make sure nail is clean (I used a nail cleanser but no base coat. The Jamberry wraps are easy to apply, just peel from backing and apply to nail. Once smoothed over the nail, fold the remainder over the top of the nail and file off. I did have a bit of difficulty with this stage as this wrap is a little thicker than what I normally use, but it did end up filing off nicely. I did not apply top coat.

For the remaining nails, just nail cleanser, base coat, 2 coats of polish and top coat! I am loving the flower accent nail and this Ciate nail polish is a great colour!

Now, for my Monthly Pedicure I will doing some Daisy nail art for my toes! Here is a look at my toes:

Here are the products I used for this month's Pedicure:
sally hansen xtreme wear violet voltage

-Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear in Violet Voltage
-White nail art polish
-Colour Club neon yellow
-Formula X nail cleanser, base coat and top coat
-Nail dotting tool

To start use nail cleanser and base coat. Follow with 2 coats of base polish (I used purple!). Let dry well and use the nail dotting tool with the yellow polish to add a centre of the daisy. Use the white nail polish brush and create petals with long oval shapes.

Both the pedicure and mani feel very Spring-y to me! Love it!
