September 2017 - What I Bought This Month!

It's time for my monthly haul - I have really enjoyed seeing what I buy every month! I like that I get to share everything I have purchased (because really some of it would get lost in my beauty collection if I didn't!) Also these posts helps to keep me on track - I am planning on trying to only spend around $100 per month on beauty since I am be on a smaller budget with a new baby!

I will only include products I have spent money on - gifts, pr samples, and freebies are usually shared on posts like my Five on Friday posts!

Here is what I bought in September:

Sephora Order ~ $39.90. Okay, there will be a lot of Sephora orders this month - this was actually my 3rd order in August, but it was at the very end of August and did not get here until early this month! I was very excited for the Too Faced Peaches and Cream collection but it weirdly released like a product a day leading up to the launch and since i'm Rouge and get free shipping, I didn't wait for them all to be released together! The first order, I had to try the Peach Blur powder and the rest are freebies! The Caudalie 3 set was my add on code and I love when they have makeup freebies, because these Dior lipsticks look awesome! Also scooped up some First Aid Beauty and a cleansing balm.

Another Sephora Order ~ $66.15. I literally placed this order the very next day after my previous order! But, I HAD to have the Too Faced Just Peachy Mattes palette - it is gorgeous (I will be reviewing it soon!) I also picked up a new Laneige mask, the Bite Beauty lipstick was the deluxe code, and the Benefit primer, Givenchy lipsticks, and Fresh sugar were the free samples!

Lush Mask ~ $14.65. Can you believe I went in to Lush and only picked myself up 1 little goodie?! I picked out a couple presents for friends as well! This was a newly released Jelly Mask and I HAD to try one right away! I reviewed this mask - you can see my full thoughts here

Sephora Order #3 ~ $50.40. I'm aware that 3 Sephora orders may seem slightly excessive; but, I was determined to get this Smashbox "Drawn In. Decked Out. Shadow + Highlighting Palette Set" when it was released! It is $48.00 but contains 2 covershot eye shadow palettes (that are $35 each and I have been eyeing the Ablaze palette for months!) and a mini highlighting palette. Also, one of the shadow palettes is only sold in this set! I like to think that I don't go crazy for Holiday releases, but this one was a hell of a deal! A review will come eventually! The Clinique set was the deluxe add on, and the Sephora, SK-II and Tata Harper were the free samples!

Kiehl's Mask ~ $23.10. Hello, my name is Renee and I'm a Maskoholic. Can I go anywhere and not buy a mask?! The answer is clearly no - must buy masks wherever I go! I have actually been wanting to try this Turmeric and Cranberry mask for quite a while! Review to come eventually!!!

So, for September I spent $194.20 - whoops, a little more that I was planning on! Darn holiday sets and new releases coming out all at the same time!
