Wine and Mask Wednesday (Summerhill Riesling and Evercos Licorice Mask)

Yay for Wine and Mask Wednesday - with all of these days off, I acutally forgot yesterday was Wine and Mask Wednesday! Good thing I happened to drink Wine and wear a Mask, but since I did not plan, I have no theme for this week!

Here is my Mask of the Week:
Evercos Licorice Mask

Evercos Herbal Mask "Licorice" ~ 10,500 Won for 5 ($8.93 USD for 5) = $1.79 USD per mask. For keeping your skin bright and moist forever.

I have been following a few other K-beauty blogs, and they rave about Evercos masks! I have been so excited to try them and since I just got these in the mail, I had to try one right away! They have been hard to find before, but now they are on TesterKorea!

Evercos Licorice Mask

This mask is used like most other sheet masks: wash face, tone skin, apply mask, leave on for 10-20 minutes, remove, pat in extra essence, and complete skin care routine.

Here is the mask:

The material was awesome!!! It was so thin and soft and amazing! The mask stretched well and had tons of essence! This lasted for much longer than 20 minutes, which was awesome! My only complaint that while the fit and everything was great, the small piece above my mouth stretched out really thin and weird! But other than that, I loved how this made my skin feel!

Here is a look at the Wine I paired it with:
Summerhill Riesling

Summerhill Vineyard Riesling ~ $29.90. Based on biodynamic principles, this wine was fermented with the ambient yeasts that came in from the vineyard, resulting in an absolutely beautiful natural wine.

First off I have to say, Summerhill is one of the prettiest Vineyard I have been to - it has a big pyramid where all the wine is stored and a beautiful view of Okanagan Lake in Kelowna, B.C. They also have amazing wines - their Pinot Noir and Baco Noir are some of my favorite reds I have had! Also, Summerhill produces 100% organic wines.

I really enjoyed my Wine tasting and I left with a few wines from here! If you have the chance to go for a tasting - I strongly recommend Summerhill!

This Riesling did not disappoint - it was delicious! The colour is beautiful and the wine was crisp and had just the right amount of fruit notes to it!! I will be purchasing this again!
