Monthly Beauty and Book Haul ~ July 2024

Back in 2022, I set a monthly beauty and books budget at $200 per month and I've been pretty good about sticking to it! I am trying to be thoughtful in my purchases, so this has been holding me accountable for being reasonable with my spending. Since it worked so well last year, I'm really trying to do the same thing this year! 

I do always love my Monthly Haul posts - it's a good way to keep track of everything that I picked up each month. I don't always blog about everything I pick up (I try to), but if you ever spot anything in here that you really want me to talk about, let me know! 

Indigo Preorder ~ $27.55 CAN. This book was so gorgeous and sounded so good - I had to put in a preorder to make sure I got those beautiful purple edges! 

Ravensong Preorder ~ $25.50 CAN. Yes, I had to preorder book 2 in this series with the sprayed edges even though I haven't read book 1 yet. That's not surprising at all - I plan on getting to these soon! 

Ulta Shopping Haul ~ $209.29 CAN. Did I buy a shit ton of sunscreen over the past few months?! Why yes - good thing I where it all day every day! I was so excited to find the R&R products and the Peach Slices snail rescue line because they've been on my list for a while! Successful and reasonable haul if I do say so myself! 

Ulta Find #2 ~ $27.00 CAN. Alright, I passed this one the first time and then ended up running back to an Ulta on our last night in the States and picking this one up too! 

Amazon Preorder ~ $20.49 CAN. This is the fourth book in the Lovelight series and I had to scoop up the last book! I have already read it and you can see my thoughts here! 

Kindle Book Order ~ $4.19 CAN. I have been reading this whole series and they alternate between full length books and e-book novellas! 

I spent $314.02 this month - I did know I was going to go over my budget this month because I was going to the U.S.There is always products I want to get and the exchange rate to Canadian is a little killer right now. I do think I will use everything though so that works for me!
