Here's a look at the things I was loving this past month:
The concealer was received as a PR sample
I used to always have pick 5 products each month for my Monthly Favourites, but that is one thing I'm changing this year - whatever I'm loving, I will share whether it's 2 or 10 products!
I've been slower at using and trying out new products, so naturally my Favourites have been on the smaller side - here's a closer look at what I've been loving this month:
Innisfree Hydrating Cleansing Oil with Green Tea ~ $28.00 CAN. A lightweight cleansing oil with Jeju green tea that hydrates while dissolving makeup, sunscreen, and excess oils.
I was so excited when I found out Innisfree was at Sephora now - I used to love this brand and would have to special order it in a few years ago! So, I'm excited to try out the brand again - it's a more affordable k-beauty brand and I'm glad it's accessible at good prices at a mass retailer. I've been using balms for a while, so I haven't used a cleansing oil in a while and I'm loving this one. It worked so well with one pump to remove all my makeup. It removed everything quickly, I just needed a second cleanser to remove the oil and it worked well. I'm happy to try more from this brand!
XO Facecare Space Coverage Concealer in Fair Beige ~ $32.00 CAN. Just cover a space, not your whole face. Conceal and Reveal! Solid coverage on a space or spot with a natural satin finish. Under eye, nose crease, pimple or spot. Space Coverage conceals the space to lets your real skin take centre stage. Filled with skin loving shea, energizing caffeine and spot reducing Niacinamide. Apply with the plush doe tip in dots and blend with fingers. Best results on moisturized skin.
I had a feeling that I was going to love this concealer when I heard XO Facecare was starting to make makeup products - they are one of my favourite skincare brands, so naturally when Annie created skin focused makeup, it was good. This is a full coverage concealer that you just need a little bit of. It's got great ingredients, great under eye coverage and doesn't crease! I know this month is a smaller amount, but I never try too many new things in December since it's such a busy month!
