I've said it before, I'm actually fairly new to trying drugstore products - a few years ago I was pretty solidly only a Sephora shopper and over the last few years blogging, it's really opened my eyes to how good drugstore makeup is now!
So, I'm excited I have enough products from the drugstore and lots of options to create this Fall glam look!
The products I used for my base makeup are:
-Hard Candy Sheer Envy Skin Perfecting Primer
-Burt's Bees Goodness Glows Liquid Foundation in Linen Beige
-L’Oreal Paris Infallible Full Wear Concealer in 360 Cashmere
-Essence Brighten Up! Banana Powder
-Essence Cosmetics Silky Touch Blush in #20 Babydoll
-Physicians Formula Rose All Day Petal Glow in Petal Pink
-Physicians Formula Murumuru Butter Butter Bronzer in Bronzer
and lips:
-Burt's Bees Liquid Lipstick in Sandy Seas
I'm pretty happy with how the base products look - the banana powder sets nicely and the blushes look so nice on! This was my first time trying the iconic Butter Bronzer and it's a lovely formula! And, this Sandy Seas lipstick is so lovely on!
The products I used for the eyes are:
-Hard Candy Eyes The Limit Eyeshadow Primer
-Wet n Wild Color Icon 10 Pan Eyeshadow Palette in Not A Basic Peach and Rose in the Air
-Almay Velvet Foil Cream Shadow in Ruby Glam
-Essence Metal Shock Eyeshadow in Stars & Stories
-Burt's Bees Nourishing Eyeliner in Soft Black
-L'oreal Paris Brow Stylist Definer Pencil in Dark Brunette
-Revlon Mega Multiplier Mascara in Plum Brown
And, I finished off the look with:
-Wet n Wild Photo Focus Setting Spray
For the eye look, I used the Hard Candy eye primer and the Wet n Wild palettes as the base, transition, and outer corner shadows. I applied the Almay cream shadow all over my lid and then a little bit of the Essence shadow in the centre of the lid. Then I finished off with the liner and mascara (I never use a plum brown shade and I wish I had black to make it pop more!)
And, here is another look at the finished look - I love the purple and deep orange look for Fall! And the blush and lips really tie it all in together!
What's your go-to product at the drugstore? I'm always looking to try more from the drugstore!
