May 2017 - What I Bought This Month!

It's time for my monthly haul!! I have really enjoyed seeing what I buy every month! I like that I get to share everything I have purchased (because really some of it would get lost in my beauty collection if I didn't!) 

Also these posts helps to keep me on track - I am planning on trying to only spend around $100 per month on beauty since I am be on a smaller budget now with a new baby! 

I will only include products I have spent money on - gifts, pr samples, and freebies are usually shared on posts like my Five on Friday posts! 

Here is what I bought this month:

Sephora Order ~ $17.85. I had to make a Sephora order to get the gift for my 3 year giveaway, so I picked up a few little goodies for myself! I picked up the Dr. Jart+ Rubber Mask (and you can see my review here!) The add on code I used was for the Sunday Riley C.E.O. C + E antiOXIDANT Protect + Repair Moisturizer deluxe sample (because Sunday Riley is expensive and highly reviewed!) I cashed in 250 points for the Farmacy set - comes with 2 deluxe samples: honey mask and firming night balm. The 3 samples are a cleanser, night cream and primer! 

2nd Sephora Order ~ $40.43. Whoops, put in a second order! I actually needed an empty palette so I had to get this tarte palette - it is gorgeous btw! It has a huge mirror inside and is way bigger than I expected. Also, I picked up the 2 sheet masks because the Origins mask is brand new! And I needed to spend $35 to get the add on code for 3 deluxe samples: Sunday Riley C.E.O. C + E Rapid Flash Brightening Serum, Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat Blur Primer (i'm so excited for this - it is so well reviewed!), and Clarins Body Fit Cellulite Smoother. The 3 bonus samples are a mascara, cleanser and primer. 

Mermaid Nail Powder ~ $9.18. How cute are these?! These are a press on powder and give a super glittery effect! Can't wait to try them out! (Bought these from amazon, but easy to find on ebay as well!)

ColourPop Order ~ $49.25 + $13.37 custom fees. I clearly buy too much ColourPop, but I couldn't resist 3 shadows for $10, free international shipping, and free mini satin lips add ons! I love their single shadows so I had to pick up a few more! I will post a review soon for these! 

Skoah facial + goodies ~ $65.65. I had a code for a $35 Skoah facial (if you are curious how they are, check out my review post here!) So, I bought the facial, added a $10 tip, plus picked up 3 travel size goodies ($6 each) and the lip love was a gift from Skoah! 

Kailijumei Lipstick ~ $10.89. I had to get this lovely jelly lipstick because it's beautiful! With a little flower inside! It went on sale so I grabbed the shade Flame Red right away! I will be reviewing this soon! 

Drugstore Haul ~ $11.40. I can't go anywhere without picking up a sheet mask apparently! I have seen this all over the place and had to give it a try! Also, this foundation is under $8 and the reviews I have seen look really promising! I'm sure I will review both of these eventually! 

So, May was supposed to be the first month of my $100 a month beauty budget - all I can say is whoopsie! I spent $218.02 this month on beauty stuff! Better luck next month!
