Happy Black Friday everyone!!! And happy Thanksgiving to those U.S.A. readers - us Canadians celebrated Thanksgiving ages ago, so I use this occasion to celebrate good shopping deals!
5 years ago, my friend Kayla and I did a Black Friday Midnight Madness shopping trip at the Palm Springs outlet malls - it was amazing!! We shopped from 5 pm to 4:30 am - also, the Canadian dollar was on par at the time which was helpful! (Also, [lease ignore my 5 year ago eye brows in these pictures!)
This was before and after our shopping trip and my haul! I don't plan on buying that much today, but would like to get some clothes and Christmas presents!

Last weekend we went and saw Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them! It was so good - I loved the beasts and the whole family really enjoyed it!
I was really happy with J.K. Rowling revealing that the storyline for all the movies will take place from 1926 to 1945 (which happens to be the year that Dumbledore and Grindelwald have their epic duel)... anyways I will try not to get too geeky, but I like where this is headed!
Don't forgot that on the 18th, the screen play came out as well and it is great so far!
THREE
Did you guys catch the finale of the Bachelorette Canada this week? I'm not going to lie, I wasn't thrilled with her choice at the end - I didn't think Kevin was the best choice, and I really thought Mikhel was a good choice. I do feel bad though as they cancelled all appearances and didn't sound like things were going well already.

Here are some new makeup releases this week I have been lusting after:
Colourpop just came out with another eyeshadow for a good cause! Puppy Love was a past limited edition release, and now they have introduced Cat Nap as well.
All proceeds are donated to a charity that supports animal shelters and L.A. becoming a no kill city.
These new Too Face palettes are the Chocolate Chip palettes - they are mini versions of the Chocolate palettes. The matte palette was released on the Too Faced website today and the white one will be released on Sephora on Monday!
FIVE
Have you guys tried Sugarplums before? They are the little pink balls in the picture above! My step-mom used to make them when we were younger - and they are so easy to make from cookies, strawberry jell-o powder, coconut, and evaporated milk. They are so delicious and I am going to make another big batch for a cookie-exchange party happening this weekend!
Hope you all have a great weekend!
