I do always love my Monthly Haul posts - it's a good way to keep track of everything that I picked up each month. I don't always blog about everything I pick up (I try to), but if you ever spot anything in here that you really want me to talk about, let me know!
Walmart Order ~ $36.13 CAN. I was super excited to try these bronzing drops from Lottie London and I've heard amazing things about the Milani Lip Stain - I can't wait to try these both soon! I have used the LA Colors Crackle Top Coat - you can see my review here!
Indigo Pre-orders ~ $48.63 CAN. I'm excited about a few books that came out in June - Mirrored Heavens is a must read for me and the Wolfsong series has intrigued me! Can't wait to read both of these!
Well.ca Order ~ $56.23 CAN. It's Summer and I love this Coola SPF Setting Spray - I have loved this product for years, and it's simply a sunscreen that can be reapplied over makeup so it's perfect for when I wear makeup in Summer and can spray this overtop for ongoing sun protection!
Tangled Up In You Pre-order ~ $18.24 CAN. This is the next book in the Meant To Be series where we have some disney stories retold as adult fantasy - I love this series, and I'm currently reading this and enjoying it!
Derma E Powder Sunscreen ~ $32.39 CAN. I needed a little refresh of a powder sunscreen - I love this for a quick face touch up or my scalp too. This put me a little over my budget, but honestly, SPF is a need so I'm okay with it!
A Novel Love Story Pre-order ~ $18.89 CAN. I love Ashley Poston love stories, so I had to preorder her newest release - it's a love story where our main character wakes up in her favorite book's town and that sounds so fun!
Stylevana Order ~ $23.50 CAN. More SPF - clearly I have a theme this month. I wanted to try the Biore mist SPF spray too, just because this sunscreen has such a great formula, so I'm hoping this is a great formula too!
The Paradise Problem Order ~ $7.69 CAN. I loved this book, so I ordered it on sale and used some points so I can own it - it's such a great Summer read. You can see a review on this here!
For the month of June, I spent $241.72 - I know this is a tad over budget, but honestly the SPFs I bought added up and I'm not mad about that because I will be using all of them!
I love that you are trying to have a budget. I am trying but then silly things pop up in my life (classes, ridiculous textbooks, accounting fees, insurance that went up 30% for no reason) and then I feel guilty and then spend even more. It is not good, a proper budget would do me good. I love that you are trying different types of spf, like powder and spray. I can't wait to hear what you think of them.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jill - it's a little harder to stick to after a few years, but I just want to make sure I can use what I'm buying!
