The Funnest Skincare Product of 2019

Yesterday was all about my Favourite product of the year, but as I was collecting everything I loved this year, I had another standout product and it was by far the funnest group of products I used all year - body masks!

Earlier in the year, a little group of beauty bloggers decided to do a month where we tried all different masks for different body parts and I went off the deep end trying these and they were so much fun!

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask ~ sample size shown here (full size is $26.00 CAN). A leave-on lip mask that soothes and moisturizes for smoother, more supple lips overnight.

This lip sleeping mask is amazing! It made my Best of 2018 Makeup products because it was so good! This little sample lasted me for a couple of weeks, so this was a handy little sample and this is the best formula!

May 2019 What I Bought - Monthly Haul!

Time for a look at everything I picked up this month - I really love these Monthly Haul posts - they give me a way to share everything I pick up each month as I don't always post about everything I get!

For 2019, I put myself on stricter $100 a month budget , not because I need to; it's actually more to test myself and be more conscious about what I purchase. I also really want to make sure that I'm enjoying and using everything on my collection!

(Let's note before we get in to it, I spent more than I intended on spending; and dipped in to June's budget early - I will save it for next month though) But, I'm happy with the purchases, but I would like to be a little more responsible for next month! 

Iceland Blue Lagoon Mask ~ $50.00 CAN. So, this product was a total extra splurge and I knew that I was allowing myself to purchase this outside of my budget as I love a good mask splurge. I had a friend travelling to Iceland and going to the Blue Lagoon and offered to bring me back a mask! So, this is really cool and I'm very excited to try this out! 

Skincare Sunday - Muff Masque Review

Happy Skincare Sunday! Didn't I worn you last week that if you thought if last week's breast mask was a little risqué, then this week's mask was going to be even more racy?! 

But, don't worry - this post is still totally G rated and I can't show mask selfies with these crazy body masks!

That's right - this whole month of masking "Anywhere But The Face" took me down a rabbit-hole of crazy body masks! If you saw earlier, I started with a neck and décolletage mask, a butt mask, breast masks, and now a muff masque! Why shouldn't everywhere deserve some skincare love?!
