It's no secret I've really been getting in to cream products over the past couple of years; but mostly blushes, so as I see more launches that include bronzers and highlighters, I have to check them out (especially at affordable ColourPop prices!)
I purchased everything in this post - this post contains affiliate link
ColourPop Beach Babe Cheek Stix Set ~ $26.00 US. Let’s hit the beach. The perfect trio for fair-light skintones.
When these launched, ColourPop launched bronzers, blush and highlighter stix individually for $10 US each, or came out with 5 different sets ranging from light to deep skintones if you are interested in trying all three products, you can save a little bit of money!
I do think the Blush Stix were previous products (don't quote me on this though, I honestly can't keep up because ColourPop is constantly releasing new products), but I believe they expanded the shades and the highlighter and bronzers are new products!)
The Beach Babe Set includes three products:
-25/8 Blush Stix
-La Jolla Cove Bronzer Stix
-Glazey Light Stix
ColourPop 25/8 Blush Stix ~ $10.00 US. Get an instant flush with our easy-to-use, lightweight blush stick with a hydrating creamy texture - just dab, blend, and glow!
This is a pretty blush - 25/8 is described as a warm rose and it's a perfect rosy glow every day cheek shade for me! I think this is a pretty light formula, so it can be built up or worn a little sheer - it's an easy to wear, perfect every day formula and shade and I thought it wore well and looked really nice with a little hint of glow on my cheeks!
La Jolla Cove Bronzer Stix ~ $10.00 US. Get an instant sunkissed glow with our super creamy bronzer stick that delivers a natural-looking matte finish.
I have only tried one other cream bronzer and it did not work for me, so a was a little skeptical but I am always willing to try another formula and I'm glad I did - I really liked this formula! The shade La Jolla Cove is described as soft golden tan and it's perfect for my light/light-medium skintone and this formula is great. While the blush gives a little hint of shine, this is matte, and super easy to blend in! I think it's easy to work with/sheer out/build up. I'm glad I gave a cream bronzer another chance because I love this!
ColourPop Glazey Lite Stix ~ $10.00 US. Swipe on the perfect glow with our super creamy, lightweight highlighter stick with a radiant skin-like finish.
I have tried a few cream highlighters before and I do typically like them - the shade glazey is described as sparkling champagne. I think this is a good formula, it's nice and creamy and leaves a shimmery finish on the cheeks - the only thing with this, it is a big applicator so it can leave a big swipe of shimmer. It works best under blush I've found, but I do still like it on the cheeks and think it's a good cream highlighter formula!
Here's a look at all three products on me - I have the La Jolla Cove bronzer all over the edges of my face to warm it up, 25/8 blush on the cheeks and the Glazey highlighter on the cheeks! really happy with all of these products, but the stand out for me is really the bronzer - great formula!
Have you jumped on the cream products bandwagon?!
