Five on Saturday - October 9, 2021 ~ Alberta Fall, Johnny B Sweet, Well Order, The Nature of Witches Pre-order Goodies, and Christmas Prep (Yes I Said It!)

Happy Friday everyone - hope you all had a great week! It was super busy for me, so I'm really glad it's a long weekend! But, on a good note, I started volleyball up again this week and it was so nice to play with adults (I play with kids at work a fair bit), so it was nice for some good competitive games!

I have to start by saying that Alberta is maybe having the best Fall I've ever seen - I was in Edmonton this past weekend for training and I went out for a few walks! I even saw some larches and they are so lovely! Usually we get one really nice week and then it snows, so it's amazing that we've had a few weeks of perfect weather and beautiful Fall colours!

Also, while in Edmonton I finally stopped by Johnny B Sweets - they have some of the coolest treats that are hard to find! Look at all these amazing Halloween and sweet treats - yes, that's Pumpkin Spice Special K! Yum!

Speaking of some fun Halloween treats, I also picked up some delicious goodies from Well.ca recently - I love these Smart Sweets Gummy Worms and the Cola Bottles were new so I wanted to try them too (pretty good!) I also have been loving this Pumpkin Pie protein peanut butter and the pumpkin marshmallows are delicious too! 

FOUR 

I've already raved about The Nature of Witches by Rachel Griffen a few months ago, and I finally got the swag from the pre-order campaign and I'm so excited! There was a lovely art print and a signed bookplate - so happy with these little extras and this book is so lovely if you are interested in nature, witches, and a little love story, you should check it out! 

FIVE 

And yes, it's time to talk about Chriiistttmmmasssss! I know it's not even Halloween, but don't worry I'm fully prepped for Halloween, so I can pre-plan! How amazing are these lanterns from Costco - I have already started my Christmas shopping, so might as well pick up some new adorable decor too! These light up as well and they are going to be so pretty when I get all set up for the holidays!
